You do realize these are hundreds of millions in decisions and even an entity like PIF needs time for these things to go through? they've already made unbelievable progress with the club on all aspects in a relatively short space of time, can't think of any other owners than turned a relegation threatened side to a champions league/cup winning side in that short space of time, and if we do make Champions League this year i expect big progress as well in their plans.
