    Joe Willock

He has something to offer, energy and a goal threat, neither are there in the player we signed for 40m.
  2. We got away with a lot of stupid shit but it's been a much better performance overall, also it's obvious but having Joelinton rather than Ramsey makes a world of difference to our midfield.
  3. He's got all the tools and right attitude, the Anti-Wissa you might say.
  4. i've been on this forum so long i rememebr when we used to have full on debate wars for weeks over Albert Luque ffs, now the minute someone offers a different opinion people get upset and offended and resort to have a go, it's a symptom of wider society getting more polarized i guess. the whole purpose of a forum is that people can voice different opinions and discuss it with fellow fans, we all want the same thing in the end which is for our club to be at the top right?
  5. No other manager survives taking a team for Champions league to a relegation battle after spending nearly 250 million, i don't see why we are making an exception for him especially now we have enough data to know that the minute we are back in Europe he will do the same shit again.
  6. This is like two kids playing Fifa đŸ˜‚
  7. Only in champions league they give these bs penalties, and almost always to PSG.
  8. I can't criticize PIF as in their years in charge we went from certain relegation to two champions league campaigns and a first title in modern era, we've also signed some top quality player and they've pretty much financed to the maximum that psr allows them too. Problem is people they entrusted to run the club are not doing the job they are paid to do.
  9. Really enjoy watching him play, such a quality player.
  10. At one point he had the chance to be our number 1 but didn't make the best impression. Pleased for him though, remember first hearing about him when he played a reserve game at like 13 because we had no other gks. Was always highly rated and was even training with the england first team as a training gk.

Since when did he get so slow? i swear he was much faster last season.
  12. I said about him in Jan that he's one i'm happy we keep, it's his first season in the league and the manager has not done him any favors whatsoever by playing one style and it's a style that doesn't suit him. he should not be playing in midfield but i've seen enough of him to say he can still be success here, unlike Wissa who is clearly a dud.
  13. Really was, and the worst thing is that they scored from a short corner instead and the whole game they were having chances from that side. It's getting to the point now where i really want him to get sacked just to preserve his legacy here, all managers say that if they don't see themselves as the right person to turn it around they'll quit but no one ever does, he will just keep stinking up the place with shit tactics and subs until asked to leave. I said it after the Sunderland home game there is no logical reason to keep him as our manager, anyone saying otherwise is just saying it based on emotions and hope, all the data suggests otherwise but honestly i don't have any confidence that a Canadian CEO with little football knowledge will be able to make the right choices for the club.
  14. Did he? Other than the awful finish and fouling their players he hardly touched the ball. Again the sort of performance an academy player can put not a 55m signing.
  15. Scott Parker before breaking Bullard's leg was a tackling machine, even got a few England call ups to play in a very strong England midfield. This guy could easily be playing with his brother in the championship.
  16. How the fuck does he get dropped after the season he's had.
  17. 55m down the drain, could've just given Sean Neave his breakthrough season and it wouldn't have been as bad as this guy.
  18. He is out of ideas, we are just as bad as we we were under some of our worse coachs in recent times. Signings that he insisted on and made has set us back hard, 110m on Wissa and Elanga and he's complaining about psr ffs. This whole season we have no idea what to do with a set piece as well
  19. We have to push hard for him, he will be a fantastic signing.
  20. Could've saved 125m and just played him and Gordon upfront. I do think out of the 3 strikers he suites Howe's style the most, the last week is exactly the sort of goals Isak was scoring regularly. Woltemade is a talent but its not his style of play and Wissa showed up looking like he's retired.
  21. Chelsea have always been quick to fire managers but since the first takeover their fans saw them win pretty much every tournament available to win. But yeah lets stick to a manager who is taking us closer to relegation than progress because we don't want to be them.
  22. Played 38 games this season. I get the Anita comparison in terms of it looks like we hardly have him in midfield when he plays, there is always a big gap when being attacked and when we do attack ourselves he's nowhere to be seen also.
