We are missing Taylor & Colo (shite though he is).

We may have deserved a point by the end but it could have been over by HT. We have to do better and the centre of our defence was very soft.

The only ones who'd benefit from this would be the Old Firm. I wouldn't want them anywhere near the PL. You can't by and large hate the English and the team yet expect to play in their league. Fuck Off. I love the Scots but we owe the Old Firm nothing.

Wise thought he had the final say on transfers, a tribunal found that KK had. I'd say that proves he was a disruptive influence (with Ashley's full backing) & that the set up was doomed before it started. I don't blame Wise for what Ashley asked him to do but he is a despicable twat. Ask that taxi driver and Callum Davidson what they think of him.

How can anyone who backed KK in walking out now have a go at him for seeking compensation? If he loses his case then he deserves criticism if he wins then Ashley deserves all he gets. We will not go into Administration because of it, that would make no sense for Ashley. He is using the fact that money would come out of the club as a way to turn fans against KK. Deal with simple facts; KK did or didn't get forced out by constructive dismissal, if he did good luck to him, if he didn't tough luck to him. Forget where the money will come from. It boils my piss that some are turning against KK for what Ashley (may) have done. Shit, if the manager had been Souness being forced out the same principle would apply.

We have had countless mercenaries take money out of the club for years. Ashely has done a grand job of fucking us over, Wise was taking a salary of 30k a week long after he'd left his post & KK is getting grief for taking money when he was forced out of the door. I don't like money going out of the club but, imo KK is fully entitled to it if it is shown that he got the rug taken from under him.

Still not sure why Hughton felt the need to bring on Ameobi & Jonas to turn the game around against Huddersfield when he then clearly shows he doesn't want to be in the competition with this team selection. Shola & Jonas get injured & Guthrie has just been sent off. Makes no sense at all

Geremi is finished, he has no legs, he is an ex footballer, he is taking 60k a week or so out of the club, he was given a 5 year contract, he has 2 years (?) left on it, he has been shit since his first pre season. He used to be a footballer, anyone who believes he still has anything to offer, at the money we are paying, is kidding themself. He can cross a ball I hear you cry, well so can what's his face; our goal keeping coach at HT but I don't see him on the team sheet. btw, Plymouth were absolutely awful today & we weren't much better. Eight games in & some of them believe we'll piss this. Barton has been a disgrace so far. Looks unfit and disinterested. You can't have watched much of NUFC over the last few years then. I have & attended during the late 70's so I have seen plenty of s***. For a player who has so many strengths his crossing almost defies belief. Jonas' delivery is poor but whereas he may misplace his cross by a few feet Jose usually misses by at least 10 feet. Against that, Enrique's crosses are usually delivered with bad intent, so the ones which he does get right can be almost undefendable. They are the diametric opposite of former players like Milner and Neil Macdonald (remember him?) who floated high accurate crosses which defenders coped with easily. Milner's crossing was better, Macdonald wasn't a player who made that many crosses. You could quote Parkinson, Cartwright and a few others but none of them were anywhere near as good a player yet all of them could cross better. Kenny Wharton's delivery was like Beckham's in comparison.

Keith Harris sounded like he didn't have a clue what was happening, admitted he hadn't covered himself in glory & didn't rule anything out (local money with foreign investment). I'm not sure why he said Newcastle was a club that demanded local interest, I certainly don't, this made me think more than before that we are not of any real interest to a potential major foreign owner & that when the sale does go through it will be with owners who hardly have a pot to piss in between them in comparison to the big boys of the PL. It wasn't an encouraging interview.

Sorry, his crossing is usually woeful. I can't think of another footballer who hits so many crosses over the bar or 10 foot over the player/s waiting for the cross. I'm a fan btw but it is a real weakness.

If he could cross a ball he would be a real asset. He is quick and he looks pretty solid but his delivery is awful.

Good defeat would be my take if we lose this. Far better than Ashley thinking the squad is ok, picking up injuries in later rounds only to get thumped 5 or 6 by Arsenal's youth team. Let some of our youth players enjoy it tonight.

Wise's role was to bring in 3 or 4 young players each year. By the time KK left he had no say at all on who the targets would be or who would be sold.

He knew about Wise but it is on record that KK would have the final say on who would come and who would go. He didn't and Ashley backed Wise. What followed was inevitable.

West Ham & Millwall will be in big trouble for this. This game was always going invite trouble, been predicted since the draw was made. The FA will be furious, it will be used against us in our bid for the WC.
