He didn't predict every match at the start of the season. He just doesn't adapt at all, picking the big teams to win every week. He's predicted Arsenal and City to lose once all season, and get the record points totals for 1st and 2nd. He kept predicting Leicester to lose despite it being obvious how good they were fairly quickly. He predicted more wins for Norwich and Bournemouth ffs.

I've just checked and it would only have applied once in the Premier League era, when West Ham came 3rd in 2012. Looks like it's only happened once in Serie B in the same time period.

Who's the 3rd team? Just meant automatic promotion really - Serie B has a rule where if the 3rd place team are 10+ points ahead of 4th place, then they don't bother with the playoffs, which happened with Genoa.
