I have to admit that I feel that there's some substance in what Penn says. Possibly affected by that image of them being ITK with team news previously. Plus, every post is negative which not many of us what to hear. The problem with Penn's posts in my opinion are that there's a massive amount of smugness to them with no intent to back them up or to engage in a conversation people.

I'm confused. Has a post been deleted that this refers to because you've quoted yourself? Either way, I think this is the umpteenth time that there's been supposed intel from a player so you've set yourself up if you've come in here to claim the same.

Penn will wank off when he gets his 'I told you so' moment. Feels like that is his only priority now. (assuming it's a bloke, like)

The biggest annoyance is that Penn doesn't enter into a conversation. I think it seem like they know what they're talking about but then never enters into a dialogue to back up their knowledge or opinion.

Is it a public release or to interested parties only? I've not a clue to be honest. Assume it's on their website and available to online account holders but that's just a complete guess.

If it’s a fail, there’ll be an appeal, if that fails I would think potential legal action. It could go on a bit longer. Just a thought, but given that we doubt the PL would announce anything and that any announcement would come from PIF, how do we know we're not already into the appeal stage already? After all, given how long it has gone on.... Definitely not beyond the realms of possibility.

It'll just be blessed relief when it happens, whichever way it goes.

You could well be right, but that would mean they've been leading the buyers down the garden path for a while. While they'll likely be fine from a legal stand point to reject it (I assume), it will hardly go down well if they've been giving 'positive tip offs' (I think was the phrase GC used) to the buyers, when all along, they've been ready to say 'No' Going to go down like a lead balloon, that. The basis of this of course is that GC has been fed truthful feedback from the buyers. I choose to believe that he has.

I thought that myself. In among the maelstrom of information over the past 8/9 weeks, there was someone on Twitter (I know), if the report is damaging to the PIF, they can appeal it which effectively renders it useless. Whether any of that is correct, who knows. Seems way too simplistic to me to be a possibility.
