  1. I have to say that i'd struggle to enjoy watching Bruce/Charnley/Ashley being as smug as fuck over a cup win. Thankfully, I have full confidence that I won't be faced with the reality of it actually happening.
  2. Would you agree if we stay up he’s proved himself? Yes. So 17th would be 'proved himself' ?
  3. Wow. Bruce sacked off Sheffield Wednesday specifically to come and lick Ashley's hoop.
  4. Yesterday's result will put a few more on the attendance.
  5. There's a reason he has one of the worst PL records. He's got a good result today but he isn't going to suddenly become a good manager. Like pardew did when he had a winning formula, he'll fuck it up.
  6. Not his fault He is willingly complicit in it and to make it worse, it's done while claiming to be a fan.
  7. There won't be an early sacking. Good news.
  8. Will keep Bruce here longer so i'm not going to complain too much
  9. I enjoy the anticipation of another crushing defeat to Brucie's Black and White Army
  10. I absolutely love Rob Lee, possibly my favourite player ever, but he is being a complete cock on Twitter in trying to back Bruce up.
  11. This is bang on. It's very important to Ashley that the manager is a shield for him. It's for that reason he won't be quick to dump Bruce. That pleases me tbh because the longer Bruce is in the job, the funnier it gets.

    Andy Carroll

In 2001. After it was returned because bits were missing.
  13. I'm a bit worried that's it's going badly wrong too quickly. It's given Ashley the chance to think of a replacement in good time. Could do with a win soon to give the idea that it might work.
  14. Still bleating on about results last season

The guy's value has probably halved already thanks to throwing him out there in a system that doesn't even function. Absolutely needed a very good manager that wants to work with and bring along young players to even have a chance. That’s exactly what I mean; if you’re going to buy young players and increase their value, you don’t appoint Steve Bruce. The club must know this? Is it another agent favour? Maybe, but these agents also have managers they represent right? Why on earth couldn't they get a decent manager from one of these agents too? The whole thing is ridiculous. No one decent will touch us now.

Probably just to spite Rafa as he didn't want him
  17. It's a position he actively chose to put himself in, despite being in a decent job and despite advice from Shearer. Ashley is very difficult to get to. We need to keep targeting those underneath him because if they keep falling by the wayside then it gives him a pain in the arse. We need to make the managers job as toxic as possible to the point that no one wants it. We are pretty close to that now so we should push on.

Id love to know if this lad, or any of the new boys, asked why Rafa was leaving and if so who is replacing him and what their history was.
  19. Tsunami[/member] I agree that Ashley is the problem but he's difficult to get at. Bruce is much easier. Pile the pressure on him. If it affects him and his ability to do the job, great. If he walks, great. It already seems that few people wanted the job so the more toxic the position is made, the bigger a headache it becomes for Ashley. The more hapless the replacements are, the further we fall. That's how we get to Ashley.
  20. You honestly can’t understand it? Seriously?? People are sick of Ashley and want their club back. It’s pretty clear why people are doing it. Sorry it's fucking sad, don't go, on't watch, protest but to actually want your team to get bet The team you are cheering on is Mike Ashley United, not Newcastle United
  21. The Entertainers are back. Goals guaranteed
