  1. and yet most people have formed an opinion on how much they hate ashley James post wasnt just about Ashley though. What do you think of Llambias ? We now do not seem to have one single member staff who is prepared to talk to the press. You cant surely say that this is an acceptable way to run a football club.
  2. See ya. Should be interesting being sat here 24 hours from now
  3. Does this whole thing just come down to the fact that the club werent prepared to actually give Keegan total control over who comes in or out of the club ? I am trying to get my head around the thought of Keegan actually wanting Wise out as apposed to just saying "if he interfere's again he is out". Be a bit disappointed if Kevin couldnt work to the structure if he was given the power that he wanted.
  4. Dare I ask, any of the shitehouse newspapers put their spin on this yet
  5. This is Ashley's 2nd attempt at appointing a manager and on the face of it, he appears to be making a pig's ear of it second time around. Doesnt inspire me with confidence for the future
  6. That's the worrying thing about all this, aye. If we've spent all this time thinking about getting KK back then we've probably not been chasing others. Rubbish. Honestly this whole situation just goes from bad to worse. If we go another week without a manager, i aint looking forward to having to go to bloody West Ham who are going to be full of confidence due to their new manager.
  7. Mercenary twat wants to leave already. Doesnt exactly sound like he fits the criteria of being "right for this club".
  8. Ashley seems to prefer London, it makes me wonder why he bought a club so far from London then try to run it from such a distance. surely to god, for the fans sake, and the sake of the club, they should have met somehwere that wouldnt have been found out though? Maybe it was important to ashley to be seen to be trying to make an effort surely keegan would have seen through that? and asked for a meeting elsewhere? bit bizarre if you ask me. Maybe Keegan never had any intention of going back but agreed to the public meeting konwing that when it came out that no agreement had been made, it dropped ashley further in the shit for not being able to sort it out

  10. If your at the point of begging you will do anything to get what you want. cant imagine Mike Ashley has ever begged anyone for anything.
  11. Yup bang on. Ashley waited to long I am afraid.
  12. Well I suppose he was bringing his legal team to try and secure £8m compensation then. It's probably the best way of keeping his Soccer Circus going a bit longer. Thats bollocks and I think Kevin Keegan deserves a bit more respect than that mate
  13. Sad as it is to say, thats if for Kevin now. I dont know what to make of Ashley really but the only thing I can think of to place him above any new owner, is that I hope he is at home now thinking, "I owe it to the fans, my staff and myself, to show that I can make this club a success". If there was ever going to be a compromise, they both have to give a little. You cant having 1 getting all their own way. It would never sit well with the other and it would be a ticking time bomb.
  14. Sad thing is that I kind of got the impression that the anger was levelling off with the level headed supporters and those with an ounce of gumption realised that the important thing was to get behind the side and the players tomorrow. I feel like this has just stirred everything and everyone again and we are back to where we were 10 days ago.
  15. I thinks its either this, or he is desperate because everyone else has turned us down andwe dont have a single option left. Cant decide which it is
  16. This is in no way offensive to Keving Keegan as I love the man to bits and wish he was still here but is this going to be like before when Ashley cant get the man he wants (Redknapp) and ends up going for someone (maybe anyone) else (Keegan). One by one we seemed to be hearing "I am not interested" statements from potential manager's. Would love to know who their "No 1" target is
  17. Just seen that Steve Clarke has handed his resignation in at Chelsea... rumoured to be off to join Zola at West Ham
  18. Not sure whether Ince's comments mean anything. Its so difficult to believe anyone these days. Quotes to the media mean nothing to me. Must admit though my first reaction was that he obviously is in for it and is just fielding the question. If we had gone for him before Keegan I might have thought it a bold, adventerous move (as I felt Blackburns was). Now I just dont know what I think
  19. Fucking cunts at Talksport have now got an advert for the match on saturday using some bloke doing an impression of Keegan. They are totally taking the piss out of us at every angle. Cunts.
  20. Would it really be healthy for the club to have the 2 of the most important roles, staffed by 2 people who were almost to a man, hated by everyone one of our fans because of their arrogant, cocky, nasty manner when they were players?
  21. The Sky guy interviewing him was a right prick. Was it him that has the phones on the desk on transfer deadline day ?
  22. I think there would be hell on. I honestly think the next man has to be an unknown to us so that we have no pre-concieved ideas of how good/crap he is
  23. So our potential new manager knows a player when he see's one
  24. I would expect them to be. Certainly would hope they will be. He is as respected an ex-player of a major rival that its possble to find. Nothing to dislike about Zola. Seems a decent fella.
