  3. Erm I think the questions could be more intelligently asked like, and also I'm pretty sure he would have got a professionals advice over Ben arfa. The fatigue excuse is more of a not enough time to practice tactics/ prepare rather than a fatigue one
  4. Gameweek 34: Fulham 0-2 Arsenal Norwich 0-0 Reading QPR 1-0 Stoke City Sunderland 2-1 Everton Swansea 3-0 Southampton West Brom 1-2 Newcastle West Ham 2-2 Wigan Tottenham 1-3 Man City Liverpool 1-3 Chelsea Man Utd 2-0 Aston Villa
  5. Not being wise after the event, but when we signed all the French players I said that it would be a test of Pardew's management if he could adapt to the incoming squad members and we've had our answer. If he stays we can kiss goodbye to this squad and prepare for a new era of mid-table mediocrity IMO. He's on course to set this club back 5 years. Remind me who got us to this point again?

  8. Tbh if we do buy a strictly CF who can't play out wide i hope Pardew rotates them effectively, i don't mind us buying someone like Bony for example but Pardew has to rotate them effectively and not try to shoe horn them in together and unbalance the team. But really having carroll would be useful in very tight games away from home, but another striker who can play wide should be the first priority, then someone like carroll if ashley is speding again
  9. he was good at the euros
  10. would you take carroll back? I would for 8 mill .. Provided he doesn't start every game and he mainly features against teams like Stoke and West Ham .. Plus adds another dimension to our game when we are chasing the lead I agree, no more than 7-8 mill and not at the expense of a fast striker also
  11. would you take carroll back?
  12. Norwich 1-2 Southampton QPR 3-0 Sunderland Reading 1-2 Aston Villa West Brom 1-1 Swansea Newcastle 2-0 Stoke City Liverpool 1-2 Tottenham
  13. He'd still tear it up if he guzzled money and went to a s*** league. Outrageous from circa 30 yards of the goal in open play still really?
  14. Same Benzema that scored close to 40 goals last season plus 20 assists? Where are you getting these numbers? 32 goals 15 assists
  15. could really do with a QPR goal to ruin everyone elses arrogance, and a bloody arsenal goal to help mine!
  16. That would be terrible news, also though getting a call up would be a great honour for him and having a geordie in the squad would b super. He will probally learn from playing with the likes of cole and... wait just cole. He needs to stay fit anyway to prove he can be a consistent starter so we can rely on him
  17. Fulham 1-0 Stoke City Arsenal 5-0 Aston Villa* Norwich 2-2 Everton QPR 1-2 Man Utd Reading 2-0 Wigan West Brom 1-0 Sunderland* Man City 3-2 Chelsea Newcastle 1-0 Southampton* West Ham 1-4 Tottenham* Arrogant Prick
  18. Its a great idea to supplement the game, though you should get 5 points per correct result to negate people putting 1 banker down

    Shola Ameobi

Yeah replace shola with ben arfa, get tiote and debuchy on the pitch then thats a sexually good side we have

    Shola Ameobi

For a start Pardew just says this to keep the morale up with the lesser players, as we will need to use them at some point and until we sign a new striker in the summer shola is the backup to cisse in europe at least. Secondly he didnt play too bad last night at all, he won us the game against qpr with a good goal. He is not as bad as people make out and does a job at times, especially in europe where the game is slower. Obviously need another striker in the summer but until then shola will play minutes like it or not! He is also a great penalty taker.
  21. the stadium is being used for football and summer athletic events
  22. Really, for what 4 weeks of lime light? Now most of the venues are white elephants, money wasted which could have been better spent elsewhere. Sorry but I'd rather have a duelled A1, more transport infrastructure, more and better public transport, schools being invested in/rebuilt. Well apart from the fact that would cost about ten times more, the Olympics were class and partly paid for with increased taxes in london which wouldnt have happened otherwise. Also without things like the Olympics happening a highlight of your lifetime remembered forever, what is there to live for? roads, schools, cars, for what.. a sad life with nothing out of the ordinary
