Based on what? Diame's shite but at least he can stay on the pitch for longer than 20 minutes at a time. So can Colback. Is he better than de Jong? Nope. I've stated many times that I'd rather play 10 men than have colback in the team. However a shite Diame is better than an injured De Jong. But we wernt debating that, we we're talking about a fit De Jong vs a fit Diame, and in that scenerio I'd argue that the only thing that Diame has on De Jong is pace. Well in that case, yes, De Jong should be better. Although we've not seen it for about 3 years now. We need to get rid of both of them and get someone who is a: better and b: fit. One of the biggest misconceptions going these days. Does the MLS have a slower pace of play? Absolutely. But I'd wager that more often than not, these types of players coming for a "pay day" are found out. It's not that bad of a league. Does it compare to the EPL? Not at all. But it has it's own pace, it's own athleticism, and it makes guys like Keane and Defoe and Henry look average, considering their Premier League experience. Absolute shite you are talking there as they didn't look average. Though I would say that schweinstiger is well past his best and probably will do nothing there

Some teams will be wanting to get into the play offs, some teams will be wanting to stay up. Next month they play at least 3 games a week, sometimes they have 3 or 4 games in a week. With their style of play they could easily be very exhausted in a lot of games. 4 games a week??!!
