  1. They are utterly woeful That could have easily happened to us.
  2. If that sky team is the actual team then Ashley has hired an absolute mong.
  3. I'd say he's good enough for the squad now. He only really has Capdevila (not sure if Azpiczualita (sp?) is a right-back) as opposition.
  4. The problem is if Nasri wins the Overall POTY because then if he doesn't win Young POTY it doesn't make sense. Daft FA.
  5. Can see Inter getting papped out this time...

    Alan Pardew

Which is very strange ... I hope he will be what we are missing all this years.... We're all waiting with bated breath for your first defence of 'Parduw - a good man that deserves better.'
  7. If that happens I'd rather we just didn't play them.
  8. Cesc for me. He's grown and learned in this league. Would take ages for Iniesta to adapt imo.
  9. Wasn't he extra close to signing for Chelsea? Interesting...
  10. However good he is I think he would still struggle in the Prem (relatively, i.e. he'd still be good but a bit 'wasted' if you get me). Especially if they still play 3 DMs.
  11. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/rugbyunion/article-1338643/Brendan-Venter-warned-ERC-repeat-bizarre-post-match-media-antics.html I love the 'three cheers' bit
  12. Sad. So what has happened to him, then? On a much lower level of sadness, I feel for Xisco every timeI see him smiling so passionately in these types of photos or at training. Just a waste of our money and his career. I thought it was the guys dad. Poor Xisco. And rip Dale Roberts, terrible news.
  13. C'est moi? No, just the Scottish I meant Sewelly but thanks all the same
  14. Thought you hated Scottish football with a passion. Was it trendy at the time? I still cry about it.
  15. I think Barton's delivery from the right has been very important. Why cut our crossing potential in half when we have Andy Carroll in the box? Because it's not like he'll be playing rugby if switched to the left? He'll still be the same player and can cut inside and cross (much like his freekicks from the left which have created a goal or two this season). I'm not sure why you're laughing. To cut inside you need that extra few seconds and Barton isn't quick or skillful enough to create those extra few seconds regularly. Routledge would be good on the left for this reason. I'm laughing because you're talking as if I'd just suggested Barton should go play for the Falcons. It's the left hand side of the pitch as opposed to the right - I don't think he'd have that much trouble over that side. This rugby analogy is very tedious. My points still stand anyway. While I understand he can still operate on the left he's much, much better suited on the right.

  19. I like Taylor for whatever reason. Someone mentioned £2m for him. I reckon we can get much more with him being English and generally regarded as a good player. The real question is if he is worth those wages were we to keep him. He most definitely isn't.
  20. He'll not only take him, he'll offer us money for him.
  21. People were singing his praises not long ago. Glad it is now accepted he isn't good enough. Hope he improves but he really just seems to be getting worse.
  22. Why would anyone ever want Manchester United to win?
