We both have a lot of 'hopes' for eachother! Our case will go the right way, for the reason that I stated earlier m'lud!

What an imagination you have !! I am following this one case, and what is at stake and money expended by us on it. It is only THIS case I am referring to, and it is obvious to me that they would not waste money "in this case" if they did not know something we do not know yet, that we are not yet aware of . . . as it is fairly clear (based on publicly available information that we DO have) that KSA runs PIF. So, as I would have hoped you would be able to work out, it is THIS case that I am talking about.

Yes, I'm sure they think there is a very strong chance of this. Also, there is no way our people, our legal team, would be investing so much time and money in the Arbitration case, if they were not certain that they would win. There will be 'something' that we do not yet know about that they will know ticks the balance massively in our favour - otherwise (quite simply) they would not be going down the Arbitration route at all !!

Did you see me on-screen typing this? ooops! Fortunately, though, both of us are the exact opposite of crackpots, which is why we will W I N.

Everything the EPL Waffler has said is based on the CAT case being the same as the Arbitration Case and that anyway NUFC have signed up to rules that prevent them using CAT procedures 'outside of' those rules. It is obvious that while some of the elements of each case cover some of the same ground, the cases are (in objective) very, very different indeed. So, he has lost that one already. Also, you cannot tie members (the club in this case) to rules they have signed up to, if the people who set up those rules "break them" by stepping outside of them themselves (ie, the EPLs Cartel with the Sexy Six) so they have lost that one too. Basically, I cannot wait (W A I T) for us to start explaining all of that back to the EPL Waffler. That will be F U N. I also think that the CAT judge has already made his mind up (as he is sick of being insulted and of being described as irrelevant by the EPL Waffler) and that he will order the CAT case to proceed, and proceed IN PUBLIC. I stress - these are only my opinions.

We have not had an input yet, just the EPL (waffler) and the CAT Chairman. It will get interesting later.

October 2009 was when the original building for the site, a round building called 'Strawberry Place' was first planned. That proposal fell through, and the space remained empty and dormant for many years. The current Home Group HQ Office Block, was proposed only recently and construction (as can be seen) is now well underway. There are also big plans for the site next door to this, where the St James' Park Metro Station Car Park (now fenced off) used to be. Try to understand my posts, rather than nit-picking about whether a clear statement I make might be an expression of opinion, or an expression of fact. You lose the meaning by doing that, and you waste my time and other peoples time with nit-picking . . and you also waste your own time!!

There is no such thing as a "positive" thread (despite one thread having that word in its title) it is just another thread about the Takeover, but one where more of the people who see things objectively and clearly, tend to post. I treat both threads as the same, because they are, though the percentage of "doom and gloom" types is higher (unfortunately) on this thread!
