He will be gone long before then. They don't even have to panic-rush to appoint the new manager, though I'm sure they will act quickly, as they can just put Jones in charge for a match or two. They need to make the right appointment, not that any of us need to tell them that . . . or tell them anything . . . they know what they are doing, a weird concept that it will take a while for us all to get used to!

The only way to ever transform countries and leaders of countries to adopt (what we consider to be) more civilised behaviours, is by talking to them, trading with them, and 'bringing them in' from the cold. That really is the only real way to transform them, though it may take a while. Reality indicates that we will not have Ashley for much longer. We will win Arbitration, then things will (which will surprise a LOT of people) move very fast !!!
