Heard the commentators talking about his rigorous training techniques last night, 5 and 6 side matches, such cutting edge techniques he has, not sure why we ever let him go! Thought Fulham were the dominant side last night but didn't look like they were likely to do anything in the final 3rd and West brom looked dangerous on the counter, Fulham couldn't cope with the directness.

Got to admit this one still stings, we were in control of this game and were undone by a moment of magic by a player that should have arguably been off the field of play. Even if it was a yellow (could go either way) we 1000% should have had a penalty and likely have been ahead and even more determined to hold on. Very hard pill to swallow as the injustice cuts deep in that it definitely changed the course of the game and an impressive unbeaten run. I feel I'll still be stinging from this one for a while.

In American football managers get to challenge on field decisions a number of times a game, would something like that work for decisions that maybe go overlooked?

He's clearly been doing his homework and learned a lot in his hiatus and I'm impressed, I think if we'd have got Howe straight out of his last job it would't have been as impressive. I think he has the capability to be the real deal, to get a performance like that out of, what looked like on paper, a no hope situation was extremely impressive.

This won't be easy for Chelsea and that's all we can ask for, make it difficult, defend well and when we do get a chance, hope that it falls to the right player. I'm not expecting anything but I don't think it's a dead rubber either.

Cannot be understated how big a win this was, Southampton only beaten once at home this season, a goal down and we've only managed to turn 1 game around all season, when their goal went in the result felt inevitable, maybe we could scrape a draw? The belief and mental fortitude of this team has seen a miracle change, we were against the ropes and taking a pummelling, we came out that second half and soaked it up, took our chance and looked the better side at times. Absolutely delighted with the performance when we've got so many of our better players out too. Chelsea seems a step too far, but I wouldn't put it past this team to grind out a draw.

Without getting too poetic I cannot describe how this man has changed my love for the game. The takeover lifted the clouds, Howe brought out the sun. When the takeover went through it was exciting but we still had Bruce and it was still a chore to watch our games. When Howe took over I found myself watching every match I could, not just us but every team in the league, I've wanted to take in as much as I can, understanding the way teams play, their form, their results. Howe has lit a fire underneath me I thought I lost 12 years ago.
