  1. No thanks, Richarlison is a massive prick.

Yes they use the theme tune as goal music

Fleetwood is my home town so I'm invested in this one, Fleetwood have been shocking this season so for these to be losing at home to them is tragic
  4. Is there a more despicable character than Richarlison?
  5. I said it a couple of weeks ago and I'll say it again, this Everton don't have the heart or the bottle for a relegation battle, they're going down.
  6. The difference now is that even with an individual error players are well drilled enough to cover.
  7. Ran the channel all day long today, ran himself into the ground, gives blood, sweat and tears for Howe, completely different player right now. Long may it continue, well in wee man.
  8. Most of the danger came down his side, he was definitely the weak link in a mostly resolute defence.
  9. Horrific, sloppy, stressful match to watch, but 3 points is 3 points and it puts a fair chunk of daylight between us and the bottom 3 going into some tough games. Wasn't pretty, probably fortunate, but when you're on a run those games go for you.
  10. Tbf Fraser is goosed but Shelvey is weighing us down here
  11. This is it, other than one or two last ditch tackles they've not really shown any threat in front of goal, they play the ball around nicely but don't do much with it.
  12. Think Bruno needs to come in and see if he can stamp some authority on the middle of the park because we're second to everything here and the passing has been sloppy.
  13. The full quote makes for better context, she said she feels bad that someone is losing their club but follows it up with saying but people need to be held accountable for the relationships they keep. With the last bit left out (purposefully) it sounds a lot worse.
  14. I like Southgate, clean cut, no frills, gets on with the job. After two good runs in the last two tournaments he deserves to keep going until it stops working. However, I hope he doesn't think he's the finished article and keeps trying to learn from his mistakes, he was outclassed and blindsided by a simple tactical change, I would hope he's looking to improve that side of his management going into the world cup. As for Howe, he really was the perfect pick, he understands the club, the fans and has clearly learned a lot since his time at Bournemouth. It's still early days of course but the signs are there, club, manager, players and supporters all pulling in the same direction and he's personified the takeover, kept a cool head in the wake of Bruce and undone a lot of damage in a short period of time.
  15. Everton fans have made it personal for no reason whatsoever, I'd love to see them go down just based off that. As long as we stay up though I don't really care.
  16. Poor marking on their most dangerous player
  17. Waghorst should have scored that
  18. Great goal and assist for Schmeichel
  19. I'm trying not to judge them too much as you've got to account for the Burnley effect, but it really is disjointed and mistake ridden.
  20. Leicester have really fallen from grace haven't they?
  21. As I said in the relegation thread the other day, only we can relegate us now, I don't care about those teams below us, especially not Burnley, I already think they'll be safe, I see a draw as the best outcome, it means we are still in striking distance of the teams above us and no one below us can catch us with the same amount of games played and the added bonus of Everton in the last relegation spot, it's up to us to maintain that gap with our performances. The higher we finish, the greater the confidence we have going into next season. I also think if Everton hit that bottom 3 they won't have the mental fortitude to get back out.
