Why do they have a man running to the busstop at the shirt??
-
Just for Udinese to send him on loan to West Ham. Udinese to pay half of Shortstaffs £800/week wages and West Ham the other half. That's how to cut the wage bill.

The meeting over yet?

You didn't click the link did you? The photo would tell you they have infinity better facilities than the NUFC training ground. The reason? "Purpose-built sports facilities on-site - the result of a £30m redevelopment in 2016". I knew we should have put that Linton money on a new training centre and a couple of loan signings.

He's a mixture of both but better than neither as individuals. Reckon they'll rotate the 3 of them (knowing Bruce he'll play all three and drop Almiron) Yeah, could see him slot into midfield with Hayden and Shelvey in more of a 4-3-3 setup. Almiron left, ASM right and goodness knows who at striker. Gayle as the striker. Almost like a new signing!

Loans and free transfers? We can't even agree a new contract for Shortstaff ffs!

The meeting is tomorrow, isn't it?

Oba or Carroll in short spells for me. But to be fair, I don't think we've had a number 9 since Shearer that has really exited me.

Errea is always making nice kits. Would really like them as our kitsupplier.

August 30th 2029: Following the departure of Paul Jewell, caretaker manager Andy Carroll has been told he'll need to sell to buy, as Mike Ashley tightens the club purse strings and PIF confirm they see no red flags for their latest takeover push. Carroll, who had been coaching the Toon Army's under 9s before their disbandment for budgetary reasons, has been cited as 'the only man for the job'. Yeah, Carroll's on a pay-as-you-coach contract. Has a bad back and some niggling injuries that might keep him out of the away games. His assistant Kinnear is on standby on the away games as he lives in London and 75% of the opposition are based in London.

They both are! Like the home kit though...

Must get rid of Puma. Thoose kits are horrible!

That's their only suggestion in improving VAR? Maybe the PL needs 17 weeks to decide what to do. Bet they won't come to a decition on anything.

Yeah, lets get behind the Trust! It's time for us to get together and try our best to make a differance. All of us want to get rid of Ashley for a long time and now we are as close as we have ever been. Ashley wants to sell, we have a buyer that has met Ashleys demands and a fanbase behind it all. Lets convince the PL this is our will and that they shouldn't stand in our way.

Can't we tell the world that we don't want to be part of the corrupt Premier League and rather play in the Championship next season? That would be bad publicity to the PL and would put pressure on them. Either they accept the takeover(not likely) or we relegate ourselfs to the Championship. Then this takeover could go ahead and we hopfully get promoted again. Stupid post maybe, but just a thought.

The league is corrupt and rotten to the bloody core. still raging over this and not sure I’ll ever get over it. We finally had it - we finally had a buyer ready to free us from Ashley and Ashley finally agreed to it - we had a buyer paying all cash and wanted to invest enormous sums in the club and region in this global pandemic. There was going to be job and wealth creation. We finally had it ffs and some group of people and a dozen clubs stopped it for their own self interests. It’s sickening man. What’s the point in football if this is really what it all boils down to? Great post! Exactly how it feels.
