  1. "This one's from Keith, in Slough. He asks: 'Your wife has asked you to go with her to the hospital while she has her latest round of chemotherapy. But you also know your daughter's friend is home alone. What do you do?'"
  2. What's brilliant is that in neither yesterday's video or that one, does Keys look in any way comfortable sitting.
  3. Same with Neesy just slotting "etc" in everywhere when it's not needed. Don't think I haven't noticed. Hahaha fuck you etc FYP.
  4. Probably just had every media outlet pestering their comms team for a response to Amnesty's letter. Easier to put something out proactively than go back individually.

  6. Looking at this guy's timeline and I can't decide if it'd be better if he was taking the piss or not. dedication either way. I know who he is. Lived in the same street in Birtley as my mate when I was a kid. He's got a fair few screws loose. He and his family were known as the "smelly Ellys" by neighbours. Fun fact for you there.
  7. They'll just be getting up-to-date cutaway shots to sit alongside current bulletins.
  8. They've also had the hump with people pirating their feeds for some time. I can see why - Sky would do the same. They used to show all the 3pm games with the option of English or Arabic commentary. Now it's only English for the early and late Saturday and Sunday games - and one 3pm Saturday game (always shown on Bein 11). I'd have to find the article, but someone from Bein said it's been done because Arabic-only commentary will put off people trying to pirate and subscribe to their feeds.
  9. I don't think the PL will knock the deal back based on the concerns of a broadcaster. Regardless, they'll be chuffed if there's an indication a Saudi/Saudi-UAE company might cough up even more than Bein/Qatar. The PL is driven by money. It'll only be a good thing for them.
  10. Might as well treat yourself before it's too late: https://www.nufc.co.uk/nufc-tv/archive/charnley-delighted-to-retain-rafa/
  11. The best bit was a lot of people - I'm including media and fans - didn't immediately realise they'd been relegated at full time.
  12. Came in to say I'd love something stupidly steep like La Bombonera.
  13. Yet here he is nearly 24 hours ago saying it could be sometime in May: https://twitter.com/ManuLonjon/status/1251857755289387008?s=20
  14. What are we, as a collective fanbase, to blame for? Saudis buying the club? The comments of one individual? Hacking a journalist to bits with a bone saw? The bloke's a cretin.
  15. Not sure what "blame" we can't easily absolve ourselves from? Bit lost at what point the mackem is making. (Original tweet is him questioning the chair of NUST saying "The involvement of Saudi Arabian wealth in the takeover is not a concern right now")
  16. Should have called him out on it, two train stations. Two rivers anarl. Are Burns Rivers ? I'd have said streams, but the accurate, factual, it's-on-there-so-it-must-be-true website called Wikipedia labels the Ouseburn a river. I wonder if the Lort, Pandon and Skinner Burns are classed as rivers ? Streams according to Google.
  17. I agree, it'd be a good stance to take - but some of our own fans took a huff when it was used It's why Delaney is kidding himself if he thinks we'll hold up banners of Jamal Khashoggi en-masse. Sure, you might get one or two but football isn't a particularly "woke" sport and Newcastle isn't really a woke part of the country.
