obsessed, tbh.

Rooney being 'shite' puts Peter Lovenkrands off the scale then.
-
If you were in charge of Man Utd or City you would of said toodles to Rooney or Tevez in Jan? SAF is the best around he fought to keep Cantona, he managed to keep Ronaldo for another year & he got Rooney to stay. So what you're saying is that SAF is a legend because he's managed to keep hold of a s**** player, and he is s****, by offering him an absolute fortune? who is 'shite'? Rooney? Give over.

The wife just caught me licking the TV while watching the delicious Natalie Sawyer on Sky Sports News. I don't regret it though. "Why are you licking the TV, Sam?" she asked. I simply pointed to the splendour of Sawyer and said: "Why the fuck are you not?" She shook her head softly and walked out of the room. She knew she'd been beaten over the head with the Big Sam sledgehammer of logic.

Gone but never forgotten, Sir Bob. Happy Birthday. Still love that moment in 'Just Call Me Bobby' where he was waxing lyrical about the pine doors.

the last little bit is the key. An unlikely waffa cup spot could make him think twice about wanting to leave.

MA is currently playing FM with Simpson at LB and Perch RB thinking 'we can afford to sell him, look!'
-
I've got no issue with him having ambition. He's got talent and could play for a CL team. For the time being though I'd like us to convince him we're on the up, however I can't see it happening and selling Carroll was hardly a great example to the rest of the squad. Its seeing him playing for another PL team that will hurt, if he went back to Spain it wouldn't be half as bad. What would be a real kick in the knackers is if as those quotes suggest, he'd have his head turned by a move to Aston fucking Villa.

Realistic Transfer Targets Summer 2011

Oxlade-Chamberlain? No chance. Not with Man Utd/Arsenal sniffing. -
If MA can sting Liverpool for another £20m he'll cash in. Its a shame Jose has had his head turned but if the price is right, I've no doubt we'll sell.

The other games today - 2010/11
WarrenBartonCentrePartin replied to clintdempsey's topic in Football
Hats off to Arsenal and especially Wilshere and Koscielny. Barca didn't take their chances in the first half. If they had, the game would most likely have been dead and buried bar a miracle. -
its just another example of people that don't watch him play week in week out, having once upon a time seen him have a shitter and assuming he still does every week.

oh the irony.

currently being told by a smoggie that Coloccini is nowhere near as good as Woodgate is/was. He is dismissive of Colo being able to play 3 games on the bounce without breaking for starters.

'Beast' must be Kuqi.

Birmingham remind me a little of us in 08/09. Presumably overpaid players under performing. They're 14th, but only 3 points from 18th (although they've played a game less). Wouldn't be surprised to see them fall into the relegation fight, especially if Villa, Blackpool and WBA under Hodgson put a few results together.
