  1. Most hypocritical full of s*** tossers in the league. just to point out i didnt actually post that last point, it was my liverpool supporting brother. typical glory hunter attitude!!
  2. that sounds like an excuse arsene wenger would use after losing (assuming there werent any fould that he failed to see)
  3. smith smith smith smith smith smith smith smith smith smith owen ©
  4. portsmouth playing brum on wednesday. that will be an interesting one. they win that and wigan an sunderland both draw and we are 18th.
  5. souness = shite with good players roeder = shite with slightly worse players allardyce= shite with worse players keegan = shite so far with a mixture of souness, roeder and allardyce's shite players, but still playing better than allardyce imo
  6. never was a season ticket holder (live too far away) however, if we go down ill still be going to qpr, leyton orient, charlton, palace, and watford
  7. [flash=200,200]http://we can stay up. we have enough quality to get something out of every game. whether we turn up on the day remains to be seen
  8. wasnt there today, but i could hear our fans outsinging the liverpool fans all the way through, and even after the final whistle. fantastic effort
  9. not kneejerk at all, in fact ive been saying for ages, if we go down, ill be backing keegan as our manager. i dont think a mourinho and wenger combo would do any better than anyone else
  10. of after the game, ill get my opinion in first. keegan is definately the right manager for us, and i will be backing him even if we go down. were playing better football than under allardyce and he cant be blamed for the problems, other than continuosly picking smith. we are attacking better and we WILL stay up. keep the faith and hats off to the guys at anfield, top notch suppotr. all you can hear is our fans even after 2-0.
  11. no way back? cant agree there. well have 6 games left after liverpool and the next 2, and we are 3 points above the releagation zone. the lowest we could phaesibly be if we lost all 3 would be 18th, and thats unlikely as well
  12. the thing is, all the other teams will be desperate to get points from their relegation rivals as well. reading and birmingham will be thinking "newcastle is a must win", and its this point in the season where (some of) the fodder start getting amazing points out of nowhere (west ham staying up by beating man u and arsenal away). those that think well breeze past reading birmingham sunderland and fulham have got a nasty shock coming. every point now is valuable. gutted we lost to blackburn but points at places like spurs and everton could be crucial if we get them
  13. what was the point of signing diatta at this point if were not going to start him?
  14. Rather is read Torres, Gerrard, Babel tbh. well yeah, but unless one of us lot goes round their training ground with a crowbar tomorrow morning, its probably not going to happen. mascheranos a very big player for them though
  15. good news on their injuries. mascherano, finnan, agger and voronoin will not play http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/drilldown/N159091080307-1525.htm
  16. silly from start to finish why exactly? we have a new chairman who even with the mistakes hes made is far better than shepherd. hes still learning his trade
  17. havent read any of this thread but ashley and mort have never run a football club before, and as such are doing a damn good job i think. even footballing people are going to make mistakes when you are given a new job, but chris mort's gone from being a lawyer to runing one of the biggest football clubs in the world. frankly im just happy not to have fat fred. lets judge mor tand ashley when theyve been doing it a few years, theyll have made mistakes and hopefully learnt from them. the difference is mort and ashley know how to run a business and are learning how to run a football club shepherd doesnt even know how to run a car probably
  18. amen Spot on mate and suprise suprise the biased media havent published about the only rational comment on the site.
  19. clearly people read the tabloids too much. were giving keegan time, he is the right man, i will back him even if we get relegated. noones booed keegan, and wont because we are looking like we are at least trying, noone expects us to win the league or anything, we simply will not accept 0% effort from our players and football where we just sit back and let wigan and derby walk all over us. thats what allardyce gave us, keegan is doing a very good job for sure. its all the other fans that are being impatient, telling us how useless he is. the media fail to mention the liverpool fans booing after a draw to wigan, and the chelsea fans booing after CONCEDING A GOAL to us, because it doesnt make stories. but feel free to carry on believing them... lets guess whether or not they publish it.
  20. arsenal this season in the cup, couldnt get past the barrier for 20 mins and the bloke sent us the wrong way to get the ticket fixed. tosser. thats about as much humour as i can manage, sorry to disappoint
  21. A Londoner getting to see more Toon matches isn't a good thing that could happen because of relegation. You'll be telling us about how great it is that you'll be getting to watch the Toon at Fulham again next season. not my point. what i mean is id rather pay £20 and see crystal palace than £48 and see chelsea knowing full well with chelsea were dead on to lose. the championships full of genuine supporters with genuine teams rather than plastic fans and stadiums. its all about the football not the money which would be one pro. bound to be more entertaining than chelsea as well. i like your OP though. id be annoyed if we went down but id take the positives: the genuineness, the fact it would stabilise us and wed come straight up. fans might get back into it. in one sense it would be like the end of shepherd and having a new start which i like the idea of.
  22. duff centre, zog left? that might work
  23. might be what we need really. i wont be as devastated as some if we do. i kind of like the idea of actually being able to get tickets without having to pay £40 and phone the box office 50 times! that said, well definately stay up and take off next year. what kind of allocaions do championship teams get (away teams)?
  24. We will lose away to B'ham. That is now the real worry. weve been so inconsistent this season which is my worry. we played relly well agaist blackburn, and if we play every game like that, well stay up no probs. however, whats to say we will play like that? the arsenal draw was very good, then we played birmingham which was quite good, then fulham which was dire (but we won!) if we play well again we may get a point but im worried about how many good performances there will be.
  25. Predicts draws at home to Reading and the mackems... blatantly pulling it out of his anus. losses away in every game apart from man city (who we arent even playing!!)
