  1. "things are getting worse for newcastle as given is taken off through injury and replaced by stuart taylor" sky sports live scores
  2. i think all this moneys going to do is push transfer prices, wages and indeed ticket prices up even more. doesnt improve the standard of academy players much at all, just means all the foreign players come to the prem for megabucks and the foreign teams cant compete
  3. might be worth phoning the nufc box office, but theyll give you excuses. i think about a month maybe a bit less before, but never really sure. itll be on nufc.co.uk if they do change it though
  4. maybe, but try telling that to 3000 west ham fans at anfield and see if you still have your bollocks intact by the end of it
  5. interesting how everyones predictions come out with arsenal as champions
  6. what irritates me is that the big 5 wont play each other. how the hell in any way at all is that fair? why should we have a chance of having to play man united again, whereas chelsea the hardest theyd possibly get is aston villa (assuming man u arse chelsea liverpool everton)
  7. do we and more importantly football pro's actually think he'll be good enough to play for us next season? he looked class when i saw him against palermo but thers a difference between that and 38 premier league games.
  8. us 12th, (id take that) , derby mackems and brum going down, arsenal win the league by 1 point on the last day and everton beat liverpool to 4th spot by 15 points
  9. you dont get that good a view at matches. that and from what ive seen of some of your posts mate, despite having a season ticket, you seem to be wrong quite a lot
  10. sundays because they are shite. that means less people apply for tickets, so i can get to see us thrashed instead
  11. dont even think about relegation. too many other shite teams in the league. boro are the best team below us easily.
  12. agreed entirely. emirates is very impressive but it seems a bit fake.
  13. ive been to the following: upton park, white hart lane, emirates, stamford bridge, the den (millwall), and of course SJP. but my favourite has to be craven cottage. small yes, quiet, yes but i like the traditionalness of it and the fact that you cant beat it on a nice summers day by the river thames playing football in a nice park then going to the pub. vilis pies in the away end as well! nice. emirates is very impressive, but i prefer SJP because its nice, good atmosphere and right in the centre of town, and practically the hwole of newcastle is there. its nice stamford bridge is ok, but full of cunts the rest are a grade shitholes!
  14. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11678_3096567,00.html "sky sports understands we have signed..."
  15. apparently this blokes now signed for us- see the sky sports live score centre
  16. anyone see the back page of the sun this morning? full page article on keegan and newcastle cant remember the headline, but something along the lines of keegan obviously not good enough for failing to win in 3, 2 of which were arsenal away
  17. weve had a lot of goals of the season scored agianst us. its wierd because you cant really blame given for them, but despite having a better defecne we are conceding more goals than last sesaon. look at elanos goal and this one- no chance of being saved, same with gerrards and pamarots. its because we give class players them the ball unmarked just buy the area and the likes of smith give away stupid free kicks just outside the box.
  18. not a chance that wigan, brum, reading, boton, middlesboro and sunderland will all overtake us. we have enough in us to stay up no trouble. just cos we lost to arsenal 3-0 twice, and talk about given, well what could he do about that flamini goal?
  19. yeah, just got back from the emirates. pretty awful day for me, not only did they fuck up with my tickets so i missed the first 10 minutes of the game, the atmosphere was pretty bad and the performance likewise, despite not being too bad in the first half. then the trains were awful on the way back!! and the goals were down the other end. certainly a nice stadium though.
  20. dont know why but i have a good feeling about this game. which condemns us to defeat before weve even played.
  21. It was quite widely reported, usually in conjunction with Defoe spraying Wenger with champagne Other members of the Arsenal delegation, including the managing director Keith Edelman, had left the stadium early possibly anticipating traffic problems around the ground. Indeed, while Arsenal were represented in the directors' box until the final whistle, some directors left their seats around the 70-minute mark with Spurs well en route to a first victory over their bitter rivals in 21 attempts. http://football.guardian.co.uk/News_Story/0,,2245845,00.html id love to see keegan spray sir alex ferguson with champagne if we beat them at SJP!! in all seriousness though, most big 4 fans are shite- im going to the arsenal game on sat with a couple of arsenal supporting mates and he said to me "you lot are shit, we are the best team in south east london". i ripped it out of him, as i plan to do if we get a result on sat!! chelsea gettting 2000 to everton when we get 5000 to arsenal and when they do lose the rest of the country loves it! especially when they all fuck off with 20 mins left!
  22. and i guess the usual, small town near tottenham, more noise at highbury, dive in a minute etc.
