this dude must have been well down a long list of strikers we have before the window opened....actually he might not even have been on the list to start with. anyway, i just want some one in....15 goals last season + the one youtube clip i watched tells me he might actually become (very) good. he is still 23 years but if the price is 8 mill euro....i think its a bit of gamble, is ashley willing to spend that much? We could for example have tried to sign keirrison for half the money?

danish newpapers writes today that lee ryder have said that pardew want(s)(ed) bendtner and offered around 9 mill euro and that wenger or arsenal bloked the move coz they want at least 3-4 mill euor more...which we wont pay! dont no if there is any truth in this?

3-5-2 will be a disaster! LB position is a bit of a headache for this one. I think i would put jonas there.....but when i try to select the starting eleven he seems to be missing on the LW....especially when i have no idea if obertan or Marveaux is ready to go? but maybe something like this? being a dane is probably why i rate him and want him to succeed. But he did show alot of talent early on. He has not really hit form the last 1.5 year because injuries + wenger have often (when picked) played him on the flank. i truly believe he can become a very good player (striker)...not the brightest lad but he will mature and in a team where he is 1st or 2nd choice he will score goals. surely he will costs less than 10mill and i can´t really see us getting another and better striker than this atm....unless we gamble even more. Not sure he is a target though!

straight swap involving bendtner & jose is fine by me...if we sign Pieters or someone else for LB position. Bendtner is not playing well atm but it is still pre-season and playing every weekend im sure would do wonders for his moral and development. Can´t see we can get much better strikers when we are willing to spend big. i will "gamble" on bendtner instead of signing any of the spurs strikers we have been linked with. Defoe, crouch and Pav all for silly money, no thanks! get bendtner and Pieters in and we are ready for the new season
