Disagree. Aye, he got the ball first off, but the trailing leg quite clearly tripped him as he went for the ball. It doesn't matter whether he would have got the ball or not.

If it had have happened in the other box, I'd have been livid. Contact was made but it didn't stop Martins from getting a shot off - he was nowhere near the ball and could never have reached it. The contact made no difference to the run of play and we were fortunate it was given. Not complaining about it and can see why people are saying it was a penalty, but I wouldn't have been surprised if the ref had waved play on.
Same here, but I agree with him. It doesn't matter whether the ball had gone or not.
