Hey lads, Garth Bremald from 5 Live contacted me on my mobile just 30 mins ago, and he's asked me to be on the show on Monday night. Its apparently a 'big club' night, and fans from Liverpool, Chelsea, Man United, Arsenal ad Tottenham will be on. He wants my piece to be primarliy on Big Sam, and the new board. He's also asked me to be available throughout the season, so he can get a fans view of the situation at the club as the season progresses. Really decent oppurtunity to get some points out there, and for us, it's a massive media outpiece. Great oppurtunity tbh.

Remember when some people were shitting bricks when they thought we were going to be overtaken by the scum this season? They are nowhere near premiership level, and they only people they can hope to attract are shite past it Irish players and Man United cast-offs and reserves.

Providing people haven't already bought the home and away kit. If this kit was a stunner, and we had it guaranteed for two or three years, and it was guaranteed that we'd actually wear it (IE, it was an official away kit and not an alternate kit) - people would buy it. However, this is totally different. Even if it is a nice kit, i'm not going to bother with this, and i'm one of those who'll buy shirts willy-nilly. I've spent £110 on Newcastle shirts already this season, and i can imagine plenty others will have done aswell. It's blatant exploitation. We don't need this kit in any way shape or form. Just, if it takes a fiver to make, they're gonna squeeze atleast some profit out of it by releasing it. I said masses wouldn't buy it, but some people will. It'll do well in 10 or 12 years as a collectors item, no doubt. A la the Sheffield Wednesday green kit. Only exploitation if you buy it though :parky:

Well I welcomed Geremi as a good player to use at either right back or defensive midfield but I'm pretty sure you said he wouldn't be much use in either position. Where do you see him playing then? I wouldn't have him anywhere as a starter, good squad player though. He can play either of those positions up to a point, but I see him first and foremost as a right winger. Dyer can't cross to save his life, Solano's getting on and Milner might well suffer fatigue given the amount of games he's played, so he'll be useful cover there. cover for Milner? Are you serious? Why not?
