Lovely gesture from the club Cheick once came round to my pals house when he was injured and a few of us watched us play Man City away with him. Was 2011 IIRC and Rafael would still only have been a twinkle in his fatha's eye Now both my pal and Cheick have sadly passed away. Always laugh when I think of my pal trying to be a good host and offering Cheick multiple types of peeve and each time a new drink was offered Cheick very politely explaining he was tee-total

If you scan the ground during a game then you'll see most people in the back rows of blocks will be standing, there's clearly a strong desire to be stood up if given the chance I always choose a back row, if I can't get in Safe Standing. I hate sitting down at the match
-
I hope the racist cunt who was next to me shouting vile abuse at black Man Utd players and asian stewards doesn't get a ticket this time round Absolute scum of the earth who quite rightly got pulled up by plenty of us around him Total fucking helmet and a disgrace to our club

£272m in commercial revenue (can't see the breakdown of non-match stadium income vs sponsorships, kits sales, global club shops etc) £80m in matchday revenue But that's from 2022/23 when they had construction work taking place, reduced capacity and therefore reduced match day revenue (SJP is £40m matchday based on available info)
-
And on top of the match day revenue, the amount Spurs make from commercial activity - merch, sponsors, other stadium events etc is £270m a year NUFC’s commercial revenue is £64m Yes, yes, yes I know they’re in London so we probably wouldn’t earn quite as much being in lil old Newcastle And yes, yes, yes I know they’re shit on the pitch, but that’s because Levy doesn’t spend the extra bunce they’re making from the stadium on decent players so they’ve got the lowest wages to turnover ratio in the league

Is it controversial if I say I’d be glad if a pre-match mass gathering of millions of billions of geordies in Traffy Sq doesn’t happen ? I was there for a bit last time and it was a case of after the Lord Mayors show of the Saturday we had the dust cart of the poor atmosphere for the final on the Sunday. We’d blown our beans way too early I’d much rather we had Wembley absolutely pumping for the game and then we have millions of billions of Geordies in Traffy Sq on the Sunday night going akka because we’ve won a cup
-
Combine that with a Fastest Dancer Competition and I think you’d have the ultimate solution
-
Everyone who’s been to all the home cup games should be on an even footing, whether they have an ST or a Membership. Also take into account people who applied to all games but were unsuccessful in the ballot Only priority ahead of that should be ST holders who went away, or applied for an away ticket but were unsuccessful If you disagree you can speak to my lawyer

If he pulls out cos his torn vocal chord still isn’t repaired then I’ll cancel the trip, no drama

2023 criteria, doesn’t mean it’ll be the same this year though https://www.newcastleunited.com/en/news/newcastle-united-announces-carabao-cup-final-ticket-details

Official club comms about the 2023 criteria are still online if you do a search for it, I was looking last week

I’m Isak dribbling down the left wing at Goodison Park and you’re Murphy with the tap in

Gonna go into full ADHD hyperfocus to get a ticket for Wembley, but I know my usual sources can’t help out this time so I’ll need to get creative If that fails I’ll probably go to Berlin for the Fender gig and watch the final over there full of pilsner and hot German sausage. Then on to Amsterdam before heading back to NE29 as a hollowed out shell of a human Wouldn’t be the wurst alternative if I have no joy with a match ticket
-
I booked a train from Newcastle for the Friday cos the engineering works on the Sat looked like a ballache Just need to get a match ticket now. Hope the millions of billions of tickets I’ve sorted out for others in the ballot era means I’ll get some good karma

Was in Safe Standing, down near the border with the East Stand seats and it was magnificent The massive amount of noise was enveloping the ground all game and it was absolutely relentless from the off When we scored that disallowed goal it went ballistic. In the aftermath, I remember thinking they must have heard that in Hexham Showed the benefit of geeing everyone up in the days before the match and I also think DJ OneDek changing up the pre-match choons really helped Doff of the cap to everyone, we really did affect the players performance last night. It was electric

That was a proper football atmosphere

People could piss into the sea as they went along the pier walkways, reduce the queues at the bogs
-
Ireland gets a canny bit of rain like, it's properly saturated over there
-
I've taken my 13 year old daughter a few times Upside: We were in the GEC and as we walked in she was blown away by the size of the Milburn & Leazes. Literally gobsmacked. Downside: Has to queue for fucking ages for a piss. The Fender gigs were the worst, just hundreds of lasses stood waiting for a handful of toilets

Wish the Twatter links could be blocked on the forum. Or at least Spoilered It’s a cess pit of lies Fair enough if people still feel the need to use it for their own reasons, but would be better if people didn’t post visible links to the lies that non-Twatter users can see. Or post links in the Twitter Lies thread or whatever its called I wouldn’t go down The Top House in N Shields and present what Mad Terry the Pisshead is spouting as facts on here. And he probably talks more sense than most Twatter content

Bet they’re allowed to include the touted ticket profits in their PSR calculations Sold ticket for £70 Resold ticket via Todd’s tout site for £500 Bunce on the Chelsea balance sheet £570 Sign an extra 15 players to add to their bloated squad What’s not to love
