Refreshing as fuck hearing that. Just imagine having a manager like that, damn.

So profound. You see, lads, the teams at the bottom of the league are the ones that go down, you see. Reminds me of that Extras sketch where Ian McKellen is explaining that he's actually acting when he dresses up as a wizard. What a great footballing mind Steve Bruce is. Imagine an hour with him, cor. What a learning experience you'd have. Ball goes in net. Pitch is green. Kick with foot.

I'm Team Takeover for sure, but it's naive to think that our Premier League status doesn't affect the takeover. Now that we're where we are on the calendar, I think this won't officially get over the line until the end of the season now or at the very least once our status has been confirmed. If all the background bullshit had been cleared out by the last window I think it would've gone through then but now we're essentially in a holding pattern (even if all of the supposed road blocks were cleared out today) until we're definitely going to be in the Prem next season.

And has been the case for far, far too long.

Get possession. Back to the keeper. Lose possession. Lovely game plan.

Is there actually any real credible evidence that it will still go through though? Probably not at the minute. Tbh there's more evidence that it will go through than that it won't. If there were no lawyers, middle east peace deals or consortium, then it definitely wouldn't be happening. However all of those things are ongoing. I'm still 100% on team It Happens for those reasons alone. I think we have multiple avenues where it can be done, some easier than others obviously.

Oh my god

Alexandre Pato, who I forgot even still played football, signs for Orlando.

Footballer shows a bit of personality ... there's no way that's him.

Did VAR even check that?!

Man City’s passing here has been ridiculous.

This is about to be a dud of a match isn't it?

No surprise he has looked better as the whole team has looked better. He's never going to be a game changer but with the right system and manager I think he'd come good. Like everyone else in the squad, I'm not going to slate them while working under a terrible manager like Bruce who I'd imagine offers someone like Lewis absolutely nothing.

Of course he is, but I have a feeling Jones is over his shoulder like this:

Best case scenario I think, if he turns out to be worth it. With an option to buy thrown in if possible.
