Well I guess I can't rely on Orlando to distract me from NUFC. :'(
That being said, this Orlando team would rip NUFC up, they actually move and pass the ball which is generally a good start for a football team.
Listening to Ranieri talk, you can't help but imagine how awesome it would be to be part of his team. He seems like he has the absolute best approach to coaching. I would love to see them take the title.
He needed to start a match like today's, not be brought on to try and win it. Did well though, I'd be tempted to try and give him a start and change up the starting formation/lineup.
Gotta feel for Thauvin a little bit, put in a bunch of good crosses and then was standing right behind two separate players with a better angle/shot on the ball than them when they both fluffed their shots.
It also came at a time in the match when we normally are trying to shut up shop and then let in an equalizer. It made me happy to see them pushing for a goal at the end of the game rather than just trying to defend for the last ten minutes.
A good friend of mine takes their son to the training ground once or twice a week to be coached by the academy. I asked today how he was getting on and if any players attend. My friend said a few of the players are there using the gym etc and that they had spotted Johnson there at least twice on the nights they attend.
Obviously just there looking at kids then
