25m would be a really shrewd move. 30, 35+, etc and it starts to look less like a good deal. I doubt wages would be a big deal to come to terms on. If we could get him and Gallagher in the 25-low 30s range each I think the deals sound good and represents bringing the squad floor up significantly.
