Fair. Didn’t watch that game; what in particular stood out that makes you say that? He’s usually quite decent when I’ve seen him; fairly athletic, tactically adept, unreal engine (heh) and really versatile. Not to mention a very good eye for the final pass. If he’s going for less than 20 odd I can see Howe and co. turning him into a really useful player.

Jack Rudoni just feels so much like a Howe target for whatever reason. Wouldn’t be a bad shout tbf, doubt he’d go for much more than 15-20m as well.

Still think Trafford is more likely. 28m for Laliga’s best keeper in Garcia would be quite the coup though; great distribution and wild shot-stopping. If I had to choose one… Hard to judge goalkeepers but I have a bias against keepers that are overly animated and look like they’re trying too hard. On that very scientific basis I think I’d prefer Trafford.
