Was impressed with Findlay tonight and to a lesser extent Barlaser. Thought the young lad on the left lacked a little bit of assertiveness. All will come better with game time. Game looked comfortable and actually Gouffran did great up top. He is limited but he always gives you 200%. Made effective runs and we reaped the rewards having had our most creative midfielder back. Canny glad for Gouffran personally, takes loads of stick but has been a model pro for us and has rarely been played in the position we signed him as.

My girlfriend's Dad just posted this on FB

You guessed it homez

Probably our unsung hero of the season so far. Shame he's picked up this injury.

If I use eagle vision will I unlock an item or get another clue?

I'd have him back like. Would smash this league and seal promotion. Cannot blame the lad for leaving in the summer, he had no ties to us really. Just looking to progress his career and picked short term gain over long term stability, and better coaching at that. Idiot. Pardew over Rafa.

Isn't he a slow wide man? Considering we've currently got Sammy Ameobi as a wide option, he's a significant upgrade to our squad. He's only there till Atsu is back, £13m though? Rather go for Townsend than have him and Ritchie play on the wings. I'd rather go for Di Maria, but it doesn't mean he's available or willing to come. Brady is available and would move. He'd be a great addition to our squad and anyone who says otherwise is just plain stupid. Unless of course you'd rather watch Gouffran. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-IXlUOsm0sI Problem?

When "big" clubs started rubbishing it and f***ing it off. When "big" clubs became financial powerhouses that bought out all of the talent from academies and lower league teams to fill out their reserve teams, thus using this as an opportunity to utilise them. When the gap between the "big" clubs and the quality in the top flight were so distant from lower leagues due to Sky and the money involved. Just a few arguable points to roll with... Or in a word Sky

Happy with this. Good opportunity to get to the last 16 if we get past Birmingham.

Yup. Playing shite and winning only lasts so long, so many of our wins have been poor, but it didn't matter, they were wins. Now it's starting to show as the results aren't coming in. Said it before, Rafa is making a right pigs ear of this season. Tbf though a bit weird it's nice to at least see some change on the pitch for the start of this game, losing mitrovic undone him. I personally find that remark a bit ridiculous. We've won the most games in the country to date (if I remember correctly), it's his first full season at the club and has actually only been here around a year (maybe even less). We might not be performing well at present, and have undoubtedly rode our luck at times earlier in the season but we have also demolished teams and beat a lot of our fellow promotion rivals, like Norwich, Brighton, Reading and Leeds and other than Norwich they were all relatively comfortable. We're all fickle like, we're sports fans, but howay man, have some rationale.

Forgot the season lasted the last 6 weeks like.

Dislocated Knee for Mitro? Still not sure what I can see...

We are / were playing with 3 defenders too. So not sure what your point is really. He's trying something different.

There are definitely a rising amount like. Maybe it's because our attendances are larger away from home and less desirable. I.e anyone can get a ticket just about. Atmosphere seemed better at Burton and places from what I heard. Burton was superb I had no interest in going to Blackburn and Birmingham purely because of the large allocation and what that normally brings with it. I get bored of all the anti-[insert team name] songs personally. Like what the fuck was that "You're just a shit a shit Aston Villa" song? Loads of our support cannot stand Villa and neither can Birmingham? If you're ganna take the piss at least make it witty or funny. ?
