  1. Not really selling him much there. Not really my intention. I think he will be a good player here if he does come here and do think he is good enough for say a top 10 Premier League side, but not one i'm particularly excited about considering the price tag thrown on him. Has the ability to play on the left or centre of a 4-3-3 in midfield imo.
  2. In my opinion he is a slightly less talented left footed Abou Diaby, with a bit more grunt/workrate/tackling but a worse shot.
  3. it'd be better not to pay it all up front, i reckon an offer in that region with some heavy performance/appearance incentives would be the way to go for us which is why it won't happen anyway, i mean have we even been linked to him? nope. don't know why he gets mentioned so many times. Young, English. And everyone wonders why they are so expensive...
  4. Canny way to get a job. That could have been me...
  5. He probably thinks Newcastle is in London somewhere
  6. cwarr07 Colin The Zog will soon be back on the Tyne, bid accepted, permission given to speak to Charlie #nufc Interesting as N'Zogbia, Marveaux and Ben Arfa do take up similar positions on the pitch...
  7. I guess with the signing of Ba we are a 1/4 of the way there to signing Barnetta
  8. @bestynufc Besty Ba Ba Demba, can you score a goal? Yes sir, yes sir, I'm not Carlton Cole #nufc
  9. Hopefully they don't take too much inspiration from the canucks.
  10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=612fl5un8bE&feature=player_embedded Made to look slow on his feet there. Demba out!

You seems very sympathetic but... How old are you ? I already told you i won't be in Paris in July ! 19 in a couple of weeks You didn't specifically say all of July, but ok... :-[ Too young for me lol. I was just joking with you, don't take it seriously... And i never said i won't be in Paris all of July... Move over Taxfree, time for the big fish to make their move.

Do you think if we adopt a 4-3-3 formation next season we will be playing HBA's preferred formation? Sort of the same way Hazard does for Lille? Or do you think he would be best in a 4-2-3-1 formation playing through the centre just off the striker? I only know that his best position is n°10 or 9 1/2... He said it himself, but he also can be good on the feft wing (but not really on the right "a la messi"). A 4-2-3-1 formation could be good for him i suppose... That is interesting if that is where he prefers to play I didn't think he spent alot of time in that position. Thank you
  14. Surely if Manure get Sanchez they will not need Ashley Young? considering they already have Park, Valencia, Nani, Obertan and Giggs on the wings.

  16. From what i've seen of Matuidi I think he has more potential to play more offensive than Tiote. Some accounts I have received have said he has even played left wing before. A midfield 3 of Matuidi, Tiote and Cabaye with Barton and Gosling as back ups is sooo fapworthy.
  17. If he ever scores a hattrick... Ba Ba Black sheep has he scored a goal? Yes sir yes sir 3 nets full, One for the Toon One for the Lads, and one for the dirty mackems living down the lane

If he can score a goal every 3 or 4 games g we could really challenge for a euro place. Edit: it is 1:30 in the morning here
  19. It's not like he hasn't put in a good shift for Arsenal.
  20. Pretty poor from the Chairman if he goes ahead with this like, in the face of this much opposition. Players will feed off fan negativity when things don't go well and it all goes downhill from there.
  21. Cabaye wore a suit to his contract signing. An improvement already
  22. Not much to disagree with there. Best post in the whole thread I think. Agree, perfect summation imo. I've never seen a player that split his own fans down the middle like Nolan has here.
  23. Would love Adam, but we would need to play a 4-3-3 to accommodate him. To be honest i've never really looked at Gardner because I never thought we would stoop to a position where he could be legitimate target... Birmingham have been a dogshit side with a good defence for a few seasons now. The though of signing one of their dour midfielders to the club disturbs me
