He has very slow reflexes coupled with mediocre pace. He is not a smart player though Colo marshalling the defence makes this less obvious, it is just the silly decisions like today that hurt us. Happy to have him as a first team CB but would prefer a new one. He is a lower half CB and if we are looking to progress and challenge for Europe he needs to be replaced.

If only we had a right winger with speed that could put in service like Nani and Walcott...

Nolan can't shoot from outside the box and his passing range is very limited. He knows this however and keeps it simple hence his passing completion rate.

He's the best defender in the Championship imo. I've suggested him a few times as a replacement for Taylor. It can't be denied that he is premier league quality after being exceptional in the Championship these last two seasons. From what I have seen he is generally the leader of the defence, in the same way Colo is for us. Imo he would be a fantastic signing.

I've only seen Snodgrass in about 5 or so games in the last two years and think he could be decent backup player for a team in the bottom half in the premier league battling against relegation. If our aim is to stay in the top ten and push for Europe then we have to look elsewhere.
