i just did the Premiership predictor for the remaining games, we go down on goal diffrence to Bolton, however thats with me being negative(we only beat fulham and draw with sunderland+Reading+brum rest losses) for our results and quite positive with the other relegation teams...worth doing if your bored, i think 3 wins would keep us up going from the other teams games..

Exactly why i dont think we need to be looking at them. Boro get results, not too long ago they were unbeaten. Its the teams like Bolton and Sunderland who rarely get results or seem to have all the luck against them. They are just like us at the minute, the difference being we have the quality to get going and they dont. Boro will stay up, if anyone is going down instead of us its either Sunderland or Bolton, probably Bolton. if they get 3 points in this game id agree but if not there in as much of a mess as us.

As much as they were awful, we were singing the same old shit at anfield which is starting to get cringe-worthy, sing on,stole my steroe and liverpool slums. iam sure they here that crap every week. its a crap argument that we have also been quite at home this season, we have been awful, if we were beating sides 3-0 however poor they were we would be making alot of noise.

the worry is, if we go down 90% of our squad will be sold, unlike other clubs that go down they have 5-6 1st teamers that would stay, we would be building a whole new squad of players meaning that it would be a bigger task to get right back again.

thats the only bright side i see of relegation, new grounds etc, would be great, however anything more more than 1 season of it would be a nightmare and id sooner give it a miss. there isnt one player id be gutted about losing.

after watching this i seriusly think boro have as much chance as us or even more at going down, there worse than us and cant see them getting more than 4points max from there next 7 games.

I cant belive people think we would have done better with him, do people not remember Derby home/away, wigan away, a game where we created far less chances than we did today at anfield. Theres no way we would have picked points up at Anfield,Villa,Arsenal or at home to Man utd with him, quite possible boro would have beat us and maybe a simmerler result v bolton, add to that the dire perfomances and id say no deal in going back and changing things, we will pick up wins in the next few games iam sure we are creating chances which is something we were not doing at all under big sam.

I agree. 4.55 on Saturday was nearly as low as I have felt following NUFC and that's some list of candidates. Let's not pretend this is something to be embraced. I never want to feel like that again. have to agree, when that goal went in on sat it brought flashbacks from some of the away games when we blew the tittle, and cantona scoring in there 1-0 win at sjp...bit of a over reaction maybe, but its not something i want to go through many more times this season....nevermind it getting any worse, getting on the brink of relegation and pulling something out the hat and surviving on the last day or something would be a huge buzz but if it went the other way its not worth thinking about.
