  1. Please tell me Diomansy Kamara scored, Dave? I had a fiver on him to score anytime, thought that 6/1 were excellent odds.
  2. That's a huge chance for Adriano. One of the funniest miskicks ever tbh, came off his foot, off his leg, off his other foot and sort of skipped wide
  3. Rooney has just come back from injury, probably doesn't want to risk him.
  4. I remain confident Ronaldo may have an off day - I remember in the 2-2 game he was on a major hot streak prior to it... David Edgar dominated him on his home debut and Ronaldo was rated 5 by skysports.
  5. Great save from that freekick by Cronaldo.
  6. United certainly look more capable of scoring atm. Inter's midfield is way too deep.
  7. Park Ji Sung is similar to Gutierrez - he's a more defensive winger who is excellent at closing down a wing, and he also tends to go to pieces around and in the box. Can see why Sir Alex plays him in away games a lot.
  8. Would rather see Carroll or Viduka partner Martins at Bolton.
  9. The humour was pretty much my department.
  10. I reckon 1-1 at the San Siro btw.
  11. There's no way you can compare Villa and Spurs in terms of ability, cuntishness or excuse-making, Spurs are far worse, more cunty and make more excuses. Plus, I like Martin O'Neill, opposed to that fat twitchy Wii-playing cunt.
  12. That would be good of you, and yeah, thats how Venkman organized it last time. I think we'll be booking the 3G pitch this time, because we kind of got lucky last time by booking the astroturf and then after the floodlights on it failed, we got the 3G at no extra charge. Anytime between 4 and 6 as a starting time would probably be good.
  13. The Hull chairman said he thought it would be 42.
  14. I'm happy to stay upfront, partially cos I'm useless anywhere else. Although if anyone's desperate to play there or we want to keep it tight first half I'm happy to play in a central midfield three.
  15. BRILLIANT thread, can't say I'm surprised when I look at who started it.
  16. To be fair, Ronaldo was kept quiet by David Edgar in the 2-2 draw. Then he destroyed Beye in the 1-5 loss. Depends whether he fancies it or not.
  17. Has certainly come of age. Just goes to show when you stick with a player and leave them to integrate into the team, it can reap dividends. That's why he was never any good under Allardyce, in one week then out for three. He started to show glimpses in the KK 4-3-3, again when he played every game. If he can sustain this sort of form then he'll be money well spent in the long term. I know Anichebe isn't the greatest forward in the world put Enrique had him in his pocket.
  18. Agree he continues to impress me its a shame his "International" partner continues to put in performances of such poor standard. That's an over the top criticism of Colo. He's had a few shaky games, and even a shocker (Liverpool) but today his performance was more than adequate, I'd say he was pretty good. He did nowt wrong.
  19. That's a disgrace if they've given Bassong a 6.

    Steven Taylor

Put in a tremendous shift today, but why was he still bombing on in the 88th minute? Surely by then you sit back and make sure we don't lose the game? Butt or someone should have told him to stay back.
