Shola had a good game, he won the aerial battles against Laursen most of the time and roughed him up.
-
This is the game I predicted Smith would score in.
-
He's suspended, Quailman.

This approach was the equivalent of a small child (Kinnear) asking his mother (Sbragia) for a £250 games console just on a whim whilst out window shopping.

He'll get on well with N'Zogbia when he finally gets his move to Arsenal, then. http://d.yimg.com/eur.yimg.com/ng/sp/empics/20080621/19/1513246392-soccer-uefa-european-championship-2008-quarter-final-holland-v-russia.jpg http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2009/02/02/article-0-033C8EEC000005DC-331_306x456.jpg

Who cares they will be fucking brilliant to watch. I never said otherwise, did I? I'm talking purely from Wenger's/an Arsenal fan's point of view, in terms of what will get them the most points this season.
-
The funny thing is, Arsenal have loads of this sort of player.... they are leaking goals at the back and need a Flamini-type player in central midfield again, a new centre half, and possibly a keeper. So what do they do? Spunk £18m on a new playmaker. Unreal.

We've certainly dodged a bullet on that one. Wages, length of contract and now fitness all very suspect. Speak for yourself, I put the fucker into my fantasy team.

I'm more than happy to retain Butt as a squad player. The sad thing is, you know he'll still be in our lineup every week this time next year.
-
My one memory of Smith is during the Derby home game last season, Duff got the ball twenty yards from goal and the whole South Stand shouted "SHOOT!". He then passed it to Smith, and then about half the stand shouted "DON'T SHOOT!"

Because he's an utter f***ing plank? Jo, Kinnear, Ashley or Given? I was talking about Jo but Kinnear and Ashley easily fall into that category too. -
According to OPTA the best summer signing this season (nowt to do with £££, just performances) is Mark Schwarzer.

Me, for one. Good for you. I won't lie, there have been a few times when I've thought about sacking football altogether, most of it is hissy fits, moments of melodrama etc. on my behalf, push comes to shove though I could never do it, I actually wish I could. Save a lot of f***ing hassle and tears. To each their own, I just couldn't. I'm too emotionally involved. I could take less of an interest, admittedly, but I'd never completely cut all my ties. And neither could I, even though at times I've compelled myself to ask such a question. Unlike some though I'm open about it. I'm constantly asking myself why I bother with football as a whole and its only NUFC that keeps me interested, I long give up on football in general a long time ago. Can't be arsed with it. I still take a strong interest in football as a whole, helps take my mind off NUFC if nothing else. I've tried, maybe its the way football is packaged these days. I do enjoy watching my nephew play and those games, under 9s, although there hasn't been much footy lately due to the so-called bad weather. His game at the weekend got called off 2 days in advance in case it rained, it didn't of course. When will they realise kids are tougher than we are and love all that rain and mud and snow. I know I did when I was a bairn. http://www.newcastleis.com/Bradford%20City%20defend%20against%20Newcastle%20United%20in%20the%201911%20Cup%20Final.jpg http://staffwww.fullcoll.edu/tmorris/elements_of_ecology/images/coal_miners.jpg

The window in my bathroom's still open. Is that any help? There must be a stinky turd labelled "NUFC" floating in the pan. -
It's all HTT's fault.
