near pissed myself at that. I imagined Llambias to be more like Death of a Salesman, coming in and pretending to his wife that everyone at the club loves him when in reality they all hate his guts.
Why on earth was this on a Friday night in the first place? Yes, alright, they had to fly to America on the Sunday; but Thursday night would have been a much better idea. So many people finish work early on a Friday and are able to be on the ale from lunchtime till the match at quarter to 8.
It's worrying to think that the next generation of young travelling away fans might be looking up to some of the 16-25 pricks who get off their lips and act up. Hopefully, they'll learn with age how to represent the club around the country in an appropriate manner.
Agree with Otter completely. Everyone loves a drink, everyone loves a skinful. People just need to respect the rest of our travelling support, and also the home fans. Yes, that even means the mackems. The chants and piss-taking from both sides are fair game and a great laugh, but there's a line that should never be crossed. A lot of genuinely alright away fans have probably put a toe over it; sadly too many take a running fucking jump.
Pardew, whose side won 2-0, said: "It's regrettable and not what we want to be talking about from the first game.
"Initially I thought it was good-natured but a few idiots spoiled it for the majority of fans."

Best.
I got text this earlier this afternoon.
LuaLua heading off to Brighton and Vuckic coming in, you're otherwise right.
Yeah, look at how much everyone complained when Kinnear said "Well we've bid £5m for Mbia and £2m for Ebondo". Pardew's comments do initially make me think "oh fuck, we're not going to spend are we", but when you look at the £10m Gameiro bid and the ~£7m Erding bid, there's cause for optimism.
