League is an abomination of a game, only people in two counties in England and in Australia actually have much interest in it. The last league world cup proved once again what a minor sport it is. Union just offers so much more variety and is much more tactical than, the one dimensional League game. Oh yes, kicking it backwards and forwards to each other for long periods of time is very entertaining.

Would bring a hell of a lot to our starting XI in my opinion. Boro would have been relegated a long time ago without him in their side.

:kinnear: Wouldn't touch any of those apart from Tuncay. Not sure what the fuss is with Geovanni, he scored a couple of wonder goals at the start of the season and that's it. Exactly what he did at Man City and exactly why they sacked him off. Carson is awful too, we're better off with Harper/Krul. I wouldn't take anybody from Hull. Johnson, Tuncay and Emnes wouldn't be bad buys from Boro. As far as West Brom go, Chris Brunt for a small fee would be a decent addition to our squad.

Pleased with today's results on the whole. Hull losing is the key one obviously. Sunderland only drawing doesn't change too much in my opinion, it doesn't change the face we need to beat Boro, then we're still only one win from going above them. Not too fussed about West Brom, they're going to need to beat Liverpool to have any chance of staying up.

I think Hull may struggle to break Stoke down. They usually just lump it forward and hope for the best like Blackburn but the difference is, they only play with one up front so it's pointless anyway.
