harper, campbell, perch, smith, guthrie, best, xisco, lovenkrands ....but we'd have to bring in a fair few to replace them, so its tricky. not a great fan of routledge either, but we can't just get rid of them all at once. jonas is the only 'saleable' asset i'd be ok with selling.

he seems really dodgy, but also has contacts. mindfuck!

Or maybe it's blind faith from people with black and white specs on? I still maintain that if the roles were reversed, and it was a Stevenage player in question, there would be outrage on this forum. hand on heart, i would feel the same. a great tackle is a great tackle, no matter who he plays for. -

this is madness. in a forum there'll always be people that just like to disagree, but why aren't we all unanimous in this? maybe its naivity..... -
Not the game to bring a young debutant into let alone one that's coming back from a serious injury and not even had a run in the reserves. well ideally yes. but i dont want guthrie or smith anywhere near this. routledge is a tool and tiote is suspended. nolan is worse without tiote (although he'll still play) - so whats left? we need this new player in ASAP.

time for gosling? we're running out of options.....

The penny has dropped. well surely most tackles are like that? -

so because a perfect tackle COULD have went wrong (but didnt), it must be punished. madness. i just cant get my head around this....it was a fantastic tackle. upholding the red card proves that football has gone insane.....which is exactly what'll happen. -
He is shit, personified. I despise him.
-
So.....he played today?
-
Well I'd have been happy with a draw all along, but if the Tiote appeal fails (never trust the FA) then a draw would be miraculous. Don't think what happened today will affect this performance though. We may sign someone this week so its hard to completely guess a team, but I think he'll go: Harper Simpson Taylor Coloccini Enrique Routledge Barton Nolan Jonas Carroll Ameobi BENCH: Krul, Perch, Williamson, Smith, Guthrie, Best, Lovenkrands Without Tiote, I think it'll be 1-2.

There is, Pardew confirmed we would be doing. Good decision. Wish he showed a similar competency with the substitutions...... -

one of the worst decisions i've ever seen, which says a lot in the era of Lampard-gate and the phantom goal. in my opinion, it was never ever ever a red card. but it wont get overturned because football is shit. -
this is weird. i'm really not that bothered about the match, even though i should be. just a big shoulder shrug of a day, really - guess thats what years of supporting this club will do for you. the only thing that got me lively was the tiote red which was never ever a red card - a pretty embarassing decision but one that'll probably be upheld. stevenage weren't very good either, we were just so soulless and blatantly didn't give a damn.
-
the other two, plus ours. shouldve worded it better.....i just don't get why Sky (who rig the fixture list) let loads of great games happen on the same weekend.
-
Don't agree with that team at all, theres no need for it. Was it asking a lot to give Ranger, Vuckic and Ferguson a game?
-
instead of our game, its a triple Super Sunday with Brum-Villa, Liverpool-Everton and Spurs-Man U. just don't get why Sky often put loads of great games on the same weekend. especially three derbies!

injury time has been really exciting, actually
-
Both were pens tbf yeah they were. but lets say if that second one was debatable, he still would've gave it.
