  1. Ajax? seeing as sunderland have adopted feyenoord I'm sure the ajax fans would take to us
  2. If such a shirt does get the backing of sir bobby's foundation then the design should probably be similar to the 01-03 kit
  3. i think it did used to be like that, i remember getting 'emre 5' and 'solano 4' shirts printed there that i hadn't bought there but when i went to get 'lovenkrands 11' this past season on the banana kit it cost me £15. apparently sports direct only print if you buy the shirt there too, and i think it was £4 per number and £1 per letter. but florida print is probs your best bet like
  4. Cheers for the heads-up on that... just ordered one. Postage comes in at min. £4.50, but still cheaper than they currently are at Sports Direct or the club shop. They were charging an extra £11.95 for personalised name & number printing, so I'll probably get that done in town once it arrives. that's still cheaper than the supporters shop like, it's £15 for name and number up to 12 letters, or £10 if you've bought the shirt there
  5. i know it's wikipedia but i do remember reading elsewhere too talent/age wise he'd be a good shout though
  6. ^ i think kazim-richards is out of contract in summer 2011, and that fener definitely want rid of him. don't know if he's worth going for because he's of the dyer/pennant mould, i'm sure it's off the field stuff why fener sent him out on loan
  7. i'm waiting for the david dunn signing, so the headline would be 'cleverley dunn chris!'
  8. bloody black patch behind the sponsor!!!! i remember the blue star with the bar behind that the supporters shop were selling to cover the 'greenalls' after the sponsor change. as a side note, does anyone know where i can get a white greenalls patch like this one? i've got the shirt but it's got a burn hole and the sponsor bar would cover that nicely http://www.classicfootballshirts.co.uk/images/Newcastle-88-Away-Spons.jpg
  9. i like the barcode one http://www.classicfootballshirts.co.uk/images/thumb_medium/Newcastle-90-HomeSP.gif
  10. or a nigelled argentina jonas/coloccini shirt like from that site jill got hers from
  11. you'd have thought they'd have nicked his car keys too?!
  12. I think appiah signed for bologna last year
  13. i like his formation, 6 at the back with a sweeper just infront, 2 wingers and ameobi well offside in the 6 yard box
  14. ^ aye, perhaps just him trying to keep some sort of level of fitness too
  15. so it's argie 'jonas 17' shirts allround next season then?
  16. http://www.cu-fc.com/javaImages/22/6d/0,,10424~8809762,00.jpg something like that in black and white would have looked so much better
  17. Aye, but the colchester kit is blue and white striped, made by puma and doesn't look daft. Surely we could have just had that template?!
  18. it's not very nice like. the puma, the badge and the sponsor look just thrown on to a premade shirt. i bet that sponsor starts cracking and peeling after a few washes too, my mate had a leeds kit with the whtye and mackay sponsor on looking of similar material and that washed off after a few washes
  19. i'm not expecting anything different. i don't like the design much but i'll probably buy it when they come down in price
  20. it's nice like but those red bands at the arms look daft, they're way too thick
  21. it's a tricky one, they do need a left back and he has worked with jose before but he did suffer a lot of racist abuse at the bernabeu playing for england.
  22. ah see, i took the horn bit off the top of the can and hooked it up to an air compressor once. stupidest decision i've ever made imagine a vuvuzela on the end of a compressor?!
  23. Sam Allerdyce. the thought of that terrifies me. i think i'd probably stop watching england play if he got the job, althought gareth barry seemed to be in prep already for it with all the long high balls punted forward against slovenia I bet Fat Sam cracked into a smug grin when he watched Germany score their first goal from a long speculative punt into our area. i bet he did, probably followed by the mr burns style 'excellent...'
  24. The Alan Shearer Wheatabix? formerly the shearer peninsula
