At some point I started feeling that the piss taking and reveling in their misery was going over the top. How mistaken I was. These tramps have become nothing but a rabble of twice-over used tampons. The biggest cheats in English football. I sincerely hope they implode and disappear into oblivion. And as for that desperate little racist cockroach Suarez, karma is a bitch...

Have Defoe as captain this week. He loves scoring against Wigan. -

Shouldn't Ivanovic be banned for this or have I missed something? my lineup says that he's available, but I chucked him out on his ass after last week's red card. -
he's very good going forward, and on his day can be world class - going forward. as a defender he's not much kop at all.

That first 4-3 was the day I developed my absolute blind hatred for that club. I'll never forget Batty chatting to the ref and that banging noise from some fan just before Collymore scored. One of the most painful defeats. Right up there with Partizan and Man U at home. -
This from the WBA game?

To be fair it was only 4 starters that played, and out of them only Allen played the full 90. Hope we wipe the floor with them. -
Possession stats at Anfield tonight: Liverpool 42% Swansea 58% #philosophy

That Michael Keane looks like a serious prospect for Man U.

But when the central front 3 are as lethal as ours, the opposition wouldn't know who to mark. Cisse and Ba would still keep at least 3 of the back 4 busy in those areas. It all depends on a well drilled attacking plan set out by the manager and coaches that revolves around intelligent movement into the channels etc.. Messi is the most marked man in world football, and plays central most of the time. HBA has the same skill set in that he is able to dribble out of tight situations and release a quick ball into a dangerous area. All it takes is a split second.
-
The reason why it's tempting to play him central (and Pardew previously hinted at it with his no.10 comments) is when you imagine him weaving his magic up against clumsy centerhalves who are running backwards, as opposed to pacy fullbacks. Take the last third of his goal against Bolton for example. Plus he has the vision to pick out a killer pass into dangerous areas. Certainly worth giving it a try behind Ba and Cisse, as we're not actually getting much from out wide any way.

Don't be daft man. I just thought "hate" was too strong a word for someone whose decisions have never really impacted us. I think Clattenberg is useless, but I don't hate him. I hate Martin Atkinson and the spackems though
-
Why would you hate a ref who's never taken charge of a Newcastle match?

Not sure if he's just simply gone downhill, or if it's been curbed out of him, but since losing his long stride and turn of pace, he's become, on the face of it, nothing more than a defensive player. No one can fault his dedication and application in his new midfield role, but I'm sure even he himself knows that he's no good to us out on the left wing. Jonas attacks better in a side playing with confidence and swagger. When his team is under the cosh, he tends to rush his decisions in the final third. -
