I am no lawyer like, but how would changing the rule now help City? If they broke the rules when they were in place, surely they will be punished? If they win the case and as a result the rules change is something different.

If you try to link this to Newcastle you need to align with PSR. We have by all means bid £65m for a CB and I assume that is what our limit is in regards to PSR.

It’s safe to say this window has been an absolute clusterfuck. No panic as we have a strong team with great characters. Biggest issue for me is the total loss of momentum and feel good vibe around the club.
