Myself, Brummie, 1878, Leffe, Martin Jol, Kingdawson, the rest of the Spurs ITKs, Gash, Froggy, jukeboxromeo and our faithful hound Wearside will not be amused if we're the only ones to suffer a lack of forum functionality.
Fair enough, might just be something my laptop/net isn't agreeing with at times.
As I say, nearly all the time there's no problems and it's hardly ruining my experience of the site or owt. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else is finding anything similar.
Keep up the good work to all concerned.
More generally Rich, or anyone else, is the server starting to get pretty stretched now? Just noticed over the past few months this site has been markedly slower to load than other web pages. I don't mean consistently slow, most of the time it's fine but I dunno about anyone else, but I've been getting more and more 10-15ish minute periods where pages are very slow to load.
They've still got Arteta and Ramsey, so they'll be fine.
True, but I think it's a big blow because IMO he was going to be one of their key players this year, someone who could drive them forward in midfield and make something happen.
Arteta and Ramsey could do a good job but their availability doesn't detract from it being a huge blow for Arsenal.
That's not what I was saying, but for argument's sake I thought we'd get much more value out of playing someone like Cleverley there, for example.
I see very little reason to play a shit footballer like Barry who will thankfully have little to do with England's future, unless there is literally no-one else to play.
I didn't see the whole game, saw it from about 60 minutes in. 2 truly awful decisions at the end like. I heard he got a pretty blatant Czech penalty claim wrong in the 1st half as well?
Few smaller things as well suggested he didn't have a clue what he was doing.
If it was my team, I'd have been fuming at the end - there was one little moment where you had a free kick to be taken by your keeper right at the end in injury time, and he was stood a few yards away writing down the details of the Czech player he'd booked for what felt like an absolute eternity. Could hear the crowd getting royally pissed off.
