  1. Pure frustration, but tbf they're not exactly blaming him for the humiliation, judging by those comments.

    Sunderland...

From what I saw, Cana wasn't actually that good for them. Some good games but didn't impress as much as I thought he would. Still, getting him for £5m initially struck me as good business.
  3. As long as it settles with us above Everton. Anyway whats this about that you've been fraternising with the unwashed down the road Winding up is fun.
  4. 2nd one was absolute stupidity like. Missed the 1st one, BBC making it sound pretty harsh.
  5. Holloway to go off his rocker, again.
  6. It's a bit strange that after 10 games, the table is still so close. Doesn't look like it'll 'settle down' for another few games yet.

    Sunderland...

how can you "learn to play against bent"? he's hardly unpredictable, just a poacher. Yep. The only thing predictable about his involvement is his supply will just be one of the back 4 thumping it up long to him. As long as you don't play ridiculously high, you'll cut him out of the game for most parts.

    Sunderland...

If Stoke's performance against us is anything to go by, Sunderland will do well to get in front let alone win.

    Sunderland...

A total lack of flair/creativity/drive in their midfield in terms of going forward. Henderson could do worse than thinking whether he really wants to stay there for much longer - I can see him being a very good player but can't help think he will stagnate if he stays there for a while.

    Sunderland...

I've been joking a lot about the one man team nature of Sunderland but my word, I never knew they were quite so reliant. Their ONLY tactic was to lump it long to Bent and hope he did something.
  11. I was going to say the same thing, should be a decent watch. Mind, you wouldn't want your top 6 rivals to pick up another 3 points away from home.

    Kevin Nolan

He was excellent on Sunday, helped by some of the worst Premier League "defending" I've seen in years. Also important is the fact he was much better than he's been in most of your games, it wasn't like he's consistently played as well as he did on Sunday. Still, very well done to him, and he seems a top bloke to boot.

  14. Was VERY quiet when we played there. It wasn't good yesterday. Though I have to say, there's usually good voice.
  15. Well asked him and he feels a bit ruff today but he's backing Caropll & Shola to win it fir ys. Yes. I laughed.

    Mcboro

Joint bottom. Only 3 goals better off than Palace.
  17. Screwed by Clattenburg. I empathise.
  18. Was just saying that. Man Utd, Old Trafford. It's the sad truth.
  19. Looking forward to Brazil 1970 wheeling out the "long diagonal balls to Crouch" tactic.
