  1. Arsenal -2 WBA draw Birmingham Burnley Charlton Sheff Wed £2.
  2. Martin Petrov seems a smashing bloke.
  3. What's that background music with the Phil Jones interview?
  4. Meh. Very harshly treated by refs IMO.
  5. Yep. Bit hit and miss set pieces but he's guaranteed to score a free kick this season and set up a few from set pieces, let alone open play.
  6. His form has been injured, for the past 6 months. Back in training now though. Before his injury he was one of the best midfielders in the league, easily. Can't wait to get him back.
  7. Fwiw I have him as well. More for the assists and bonus points. He is our penalty taker afaik though.
  8. So.. exactly who will score loads of goals for Everton? It'll be shared out fairly equally. Saha top scorer, then Cahill, then Arteta/Bily/Pienaar/Fellaini/Beckford/Osman to get most of the rest.

  10. Do you have him in your FF team? He's not really there to score loads of goals.

To quote Interpolic, "he's good at playing devil's advocate, because he's always 100% wrong about every topic."

SHUT UP ABOUT THE KOP PHIL THOMPSON.
  13. It's as though Sky are forcing those to want to watch the football to pay for the whole package.
  14. Got to say Stoke dnb looks a good bet today. Keane, Pav and Defoe all out for Spurs.
  15. SSN say Hughton is hopeful of having Guthrie and Lovenkrands back. Then again he's perpetually "hopeful" of getting new players.
  16. And the comment about Arsenal is clearly something his agent got him to say.
  17. "I'll come if you pay me as much as players I'm not as good as."
  18. "Joe Cole followed up his red card at the weekend with a missed penalty." Sky Sports not covering it up.
  19. He's a good goal scorer, but he does nothing else. He also blows hot and cold and tends to not work hard/be selfish. Good player, not good enough for where Spurs want to go. Hmm. I'd be inclined to agree with the last bit if Spurs actually bought an absolutely top drawer striker. I'm hugely envious, like. To have so many good players, and by and large they are good, surplus to requirements is a great position to be in. As Spurs usually do, they'll get plenty of money out of the outgoing business they do as well.
