  1. Well I'll be doing my general WC bets tonight, going to put a couple of audacious ones in for shits and giggles. Klose, Rooney, RVP and Sestak to be the top scorers for their nation is 77/1.
  2. I've only been doing online betting for about a month but Skybet and bet365 are both good. Went with SB initially because it's easy to navigate your way round and extremely user-friendly for a online betting amateur like I was, but bet365 generally offers better value.
  3. Definitely worth £10-£20 on a few group winners, I reckon, MKSC.
  4. If you're confident in them then it's good value: something like 16/1. Not a bet for me.
  5. Alonso, Xavi, Iniesta (if fit) and Silva.
  6. Acceptable result for them.
  7. 6 different scorers as well.
  8. Best way of describing that opening half an hour is ominous.
  9. Damn you. Was wanking about them in the other thread. What a lovely goal like.
  10. Spain. :fwap: :fwap: :fwap: :fwap:
  11. Don't think Bet365 allows this as a multiple. Damn. It does, it's just you can't have more than one selection from each group. Edit: that above bet is much more than 8/1 - it's 13.65/1. Edit v2.0: Ooh, Spain v Poland in a bit, time for a scorecast.
  12. Leaving it to the last possible moment to put pre-tournament bets on but another one I'm likely to do: Group winners: Argentina, England, Holland, Brazil, Spain: £20 pays £106 and add Germany into it and it's just shy of £200.
  13. I'd completely forgotten about it. Your link earlier was a masterstoke, got my ZM love back.
  14. http://www.zonalmarking.net/2010/06/08/marcelo-bielsa-chile-world-cup-2010-tactics/ A nice little overview of what you can expect from Chile - a side generating a fair bit of interest. I'm definitely looking forward to see them. The goal in the article against Peru is insane - 7 players within 20 yards of goal.
  15. I disagree with a few picks but it's hardly disastrous. Although I've just seen who his captain is.
  16. Well, still 0-0 after 25 minutes but Portugal are actually moving the ball at more than 2mph. An improvement on the last time I saw them.
