Some strange odds in the Spanish Segunda today, the Celta Vigo - Cordoba draw is 1/5. -
Porto strike again. That deal will probably mean they can keep hold of the likes of Alvaro, Rolando, Fernando and Moutinho as well as unearthing a few gems to supplement them.

The quotes regarding Milan are ages old. Levy has been in Amsterdam today with Vertonghen's agent talking to Ajax, there's pics of the pair of them on various sites . All the recent talk has been that he only wants to sign for Spurs, been quoted that he will not sign for anyone else. The delay is all about Levy trying to get the price down. I'm 99% certain it will happen in the next week or so. Are you his agent?

Lille will most likely wait it out until the Euros are done and dusted, a decent tournament could significantly raise his price.

1-0 to relegated Auxerre. Ages to go yet man. -
11. In 104 games i dont know why people would be so happy with him for..... he's a definite downgrade on Guthrie. Completely different kind of players. Guthrie has a better passing range but Mulumbu is a much more energetic box to box footballer.

So to summarise, tonight's bets: I have money on Munich to win the tournament from the beginning of the season - 12/1. I covered this a couple of weeks back with Chelsea/draw - 7/4. Then some silliness for tonight: Kroos to be booked - 3/1. Kroos to be booked first - 14/1. Kroos to score and be booked - 16/1. Gomez to score first - 7/2. Gomez to score in both halves - 8/1. Cue Kroos to have a quiet efficient game and free scoring Gomez to be shackled by Cahill and Luiz, more to follow... -

Toni Kross to get booked at 3/1 is a nap, an attacking midfielder being shoe-horned into a defensive position, accident waiting to happen. -

Some interesting specials on Skybet tonight, Munich and over 2.5 goals looks tasty. -
Got to give it to fatty, Vaz Te was an inspired signing.
-
Rene Adler to Hamburg on a free.
-
Did he actually touch Tevez in the original incident? Looks like Tevez did a cheeky bit of play acting to get him sent off.

Badstuber who was superb against Madrid? I don't think so. I really don't think Daniel Van Buyten is that bad.... I certainly think he's the type of defender that's ideal to mark Drogba. Badstuber is ridiculously error prone, as is Boateng, oh and Alaba, and they wonder why they didn't win the title. Alaba's been one of their best players in both games against Madrid. Badstuber is solid. Agree about Boateng. Badstuber over Van Buyten every day of the week, anyway. Drogba will have a very easy day against that defence. Badstuber is still looks inexperienced and can be very naive at times, Alaba is cracking going forward but still has to develop the defensive side of his game, granted both played well against Madrid. It's all academic like given both are suspended. Both teams are going to be depleated at the back so I'm fully expecting... ... a 0-0 draw. -

For me, Munich look much more cohesive going forward in comparison to Chelsea, arguably more dangerous players too. The problem is both defences look depleted to say the least, having said that Munich fans will probably be quite pleased Badstuber and Alaba are missing, same goes for Chelsea and Terry. -

Had singles on Dortmund and Sporting last night, didn't return a great deal like. Time to lose it all... -
Still injured apparently but am not convinced.. he is gone and Petch is a much better player, seems Danny does not fancy European football next season. Do you think the big protective boot on his foot is just for show? Let him off then, have not seen that Still say he is off though http://i.imgur.com/WupJ5.jpg Cisse's just realised he left the iron on.
