I have no arguments with the penalties given for Spurs, Chelsea and the first given for Man City. We should also have conceded one against Wolves, while the penalties given for and against us at Stoke were equally ridiculous.

Suggested putting Dempsey in a month or so ago, I feel like doing so now would be shutting thr gate after the horse has bolted.

Should of seen the Blackburn pre-match thread, it nearly sent me over the edge. -
Can't help but get the sinking feeling at least one of Tiote or Ba will leave.

I'd like to see: ---------------------Krul--------------------- Simpson---Williamson---Colo---Santon Ben Arfa----Abeid-----Guthrie----Jonas -------------Cisse------------Ba------------- Think we'll see: ---------------------Krul--------------------- Simpson---Williamson---Colo---Santon Taylor-----Perch------Guthrie-----Jonas -------------Best------------Ba------------- -
Simpson has always received an excessive amount of criticism on this board.

He's a textbook flair player, you'll get good days and bad days.
-
Krul on the bench, not cool.

Modeste is a f***ing diabolical striker From what I've read on the Bordeaux Facebook page, the Bordeaux fans seem to be glad to see the back of Modeste. (They actually wanted him out on a permanent deal, they were confused as to why it was only a loan ) He's a good physical specimen (for want of another phrase) and causes defenders problems with his strength and directness. He's absolute sack in front of goal though.

Proving a useful shut up shop player from the bench.

The fact we no Tiote nor Cabaye meant we were always going to be up against it in midfield, first half Taylor and Guthrie really struggled, Perch's willingness to stick a foot in certianly helped proceedings in the second half but we still endured a tough time. The back four were class considering the pressure they were under, Williamson was a little rattled but he settled down and played his part in a battling defensive display. Considering the options available Pardew used his substitutions well, he had to considering he got the inital line up wrong.
-
We were much better second half like.
-
Subs combine to win the game.
-
We needed to go back to 4-4-2, Ben Arfa has been shite.
-
Results are masking some shocking performances now. Are they? Generally when we've been outplayed this season we've been punished for it.
-
Aye it's been woeful competing against the top six, second season back in the Premier League.

Nah man, if you're feeling frustrated just go and and attempt to poke someones eye out or break their leg, they seem pretty cool with that sort of thing.
