I’m guessing you didn’t read the post before you.

Other factors at stake though - the concentration of top players at a handful of clubs, increased number of foreign players coupled with the stockpiling of young players. I don’t think the fundamental attitudes of England coaches have changed all that much. -

That's kind of football these days though isn't it, people like Lascelles who are honest and have worked their knackers off to improve but he doesn't play for a top team so he'll be overlooked. Players at top clubs in the same positions who've failed time after time will be picked regardless. Modern football. I feel like that’s always been the case though. -
I think I'm the only one in our league still taking it semi-seriously (I'm just trying to get all the Spurs players) but you keep winning games against the other non-attendees 'cos you have three Spurs players and Salah. Oh I see you made changes last week. Somebody beat you to PEA too. At least there are a couple of people still engaged.

69 with either Azpi or 7pts from Mooy to come. Given that I don't have a single Man City player, I'll take that tbh.
-
Doesn't harm Alli or Kane tbh. It does. We didn't get a penalty till Christmas despite a handful of stonewallers. It's been established in the past that referees discuss players known to dive, and fair enough really.
-
Yeah, but we pissed all over them last week. It doesn’t work against a good team like us because Pogba can’t do a disciplined job in CM, their CBs are mediocre, and their FBs are converted wingers. They might be scary going forward though.

I don’t want to appear greedy/delusional. So I’ll settle for a Leicester 2014-15: win 6, draw 2 of last 12. (They’d only won six prior to that as well, I think). You got ten games right, at least. Your predictions for the next twelve would leave you on 39 points. Would you take that? Remaining predictions - wins against Soton (H), Huddersfield (H), WBA (H); draws against Man U (H), Bournemouth (A), Arsenal (H), Watford (A), Chelsea (H).

Only got PEA in to bring him bad luck. I guess it was worth it, but damn, anyone with KDB and Aguero © must have a million points.

Also, and I know I am being an insufferable cunt here, that is one of the best bench-and-teams I have ever seen for Spurs. We had our best team on the pitch, our bench was Rose/Aurier/Wanyama/Lamela/Lucas Moura/Vorm/Sissoko, and we could afford to give Aldeweireld and Winks some extra recuperation time. Seven points from Man U/Liverpool/Arse is mint. Just frustrating that Man U are still four points ahead with a game in hand. Good luck tomorrow!
-
He's been brilliant for years now tbh Yup. Man U fans have been talking about him for years because he always dominates them - even going back to his Fulham days. There's a few Spurs fans that get on his back because he can slow the game down, but he's astonishingly good at retaining possession. I can count on one hand the number of players harder to knock off the ball. His biggest problem has always been his durability - he has had a number of long term injuries and struggles to play more than a game a week. That's an issue if you want to play in the CL.
-
I wonder, but then I look at the league table and...everybody's bad. They really are. It's a toss-up, and I already feel like Huddersfield are done. If West Brom don't wake up soon they are too, and then there's only one place left. It's so wide open, which I guess is the really scary part.
-
God, it would be nice if we could just put these games away. Thank fuck for that.

Shooting fish in a barrel, but fun nonetheless: http://www.football365.com/news/west-ham-diamond-geezers-with-their-rhinestone-club

Such a confusing, inconsistent string of moves. Was he actually good at one point and has faded or was he always operating at a level above his capabilities at the likes of Spurs, Soton & Liverpool? Just realised he has 1 England cap too and actually scored on it too https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/jun/29/steven-caulker-mental-illness-addictions-gambling-drinking-qpr

If you mean the London Stadium then naah, it's a fecking long walk.
-
have they moved it closer to the station? its a fecking long walk Do you mean White Hart Lane or the London Stadium? If you mean WHL, then I presume you're talking about the walk from Seven Sisters. You should have a few more options. They're supposed to be significantly upgrading White Hart Lane and Northumberland Park stations, and instituting shuttle buses from Tottenham Hale (a new bus garage) and Alexandra Palace via Wood Green. Ally Pally is on a suburban line that starts at Kings Cross, so it should be easier to come from the northeast. You'd get to Kings Cross, then walk to a different platform, then get off at Alexandra Palace and take the bus. Damn, I miss going to WHL .

So just to confirm, there's a chance that West Ham's back four this week will be Zabaleta - Fonte - Collins - Evra? Wew.

Itching to press the trigger on the wild card. My team isn't quite shit enough, but not far off.

Completely forgot Gareth Barry was still a thing .

You nearly beat me this week too! If you’d found a way to get Perez off the bench you would have done, too.

Could have been similar, only I picked the right captain. Salah scored 30 on his own.
