3rd game in a row without Bolasie & no goals yet. Sounds eerily similar to relying on a "bit of magic" from your best attacker & not creating a solid style of attacking football outside of that.

RIP Pav. Cheers for being a part of our history, during one of its best periods. Brought lots of happiness to many.

The only manager that can turn our side around is one that has full control in the transfer market. No one will get that, so who gives a fuck.
-
Honestly why are we watching? Its more of a s*** addiction than an enjoyable hobby. Absolute waste of time with morons in charge, going around in s*** circles. It barely matters who the manager is.
-
Yep as said its plain to see the issue, we simply dont buy players who are best for the team. The focus is on potential or getting a deal. Look at how Championship strikers are doing in the premier league recently. Austin, Vardy, Wilson, Ighalo, Deeney. Austin was always the better choice, the gap is clearly closing. Strikers are making the step up. Austin could have been a proper number 9 for us. He has experience & confidence. Mitrovic is learning, Mbemba is learning. Thauvin is learning. De Jong was an injured bargain who is now getting confidence/Fitness. We lump ourselves with issues for no reason. We dont need players who are learning. We needed a CB to lead now Colo isnt. We needed players who could come in and hit the ground running. Ba had prem experience, did well. Cisse an older proven striker, came in and did well. Cabaye in his mid 20's. Debuchy was late 20's and we still even made money on the guy on top of him performing. So now after clear examples of what works, we go off and sign kids and injured players? Baffling how thats not worked like. What a coincidence the single signing thats made a clear difference is in his mid 20's.

Ive gone from wanting to sell him to being thankful he's in our side if im being honest. He does have his faults, i do think he loses fullbacks at times. But he is our only attack, whats impressed me is teams know this and still cant really stop him. Get Thauvin on the opposite side & i think our wings look solid. Going forwards atleast.
-
The amount he did that today was a joke. The guy takes freekicks, how can he not have in his head the concept that he can pick a man out with a pass? Its bizarre. Anita clearly isnt the central playmaker, he harries the ball more than Colback. So what the fuck does Colback think his role is? Pissed me right off today.
-
Id not be too harsh about a single miss aye. I do feel he lacks the legs though, a few times he knocked the ball passed a man as if he was going to burst onto it & got nowhere near. He needs to be absolutely amazing in the air/technically or with his movement to make a difference if he runs that fast.
-
Aye, really good point that. Anita was far, far better than him today. Well that's not true. He was. Anita was far better as usual. Actually closed players down and won the ball.
-
The amount of times hes in space, looks forward. Turns around and passes it to a defender. Even Thauvin fouling his man at the end, Colback is right infront of Hutton running in his direction and stands still. Resulting in Thauvin making a rash challenge just to try to stop any shot or pass. He affects everything.
-
Did well when he came on, can cross the ball & test a fullback.
-
Mbabu was mint when he played. Somehow this guy has ownership of the position.
-
This guy in middle. Thauvin on the left, Colback into the sea.
-
De Jong, Wijnaldum, Sissoko & Perez all miss inside 10 yards. Not much you can do.
-
State of the ground is as much to blame as anything man, how the fuck is a premier league team playing on that shite. Embarassing. Not useful having a counter attacking side when the ball wont move along the ground. Ridiculous.
-
They basically realised 2nd half, if we put some pace on the right wing its a piece of piss. Colo outpaced & dummett barely nowhere near.
-
He wont get the focus, but he is the reason we've not won along w the missed chances. Its all good being strong going forwards, you cant let a ball drop over your head in the penalty area as a fullback.
-
Absolute joke result. State of that fucking pitch, how many fucking chances do we need.
-
Going round atm that hes started following a few Newc players on twitter. Could mean nowt but yeah.
-
I thought they played pretty well in the 2nd half on Monday night. Chelsea may well regret this in the long run. I'd class it as their Bobby Robson moment. Dunno about that, Sir bobby never carried on the way Jose has and wouldnt have approved of his behaviour atall. He was the complete opposite. Mourinhos not been the same since he went to Madrid. It came out he claimed players had been leaking info didnt it? Fell out with Casillas etc Eye gouged Vilanova. Now he comes back and everyones against him, Paranoia about refs, the media, his own medical staff. Everyone goes "Hes being so clever distracting from the results" but no, actually they just kept losing & he was being a tit. It didnt help him or them atall, he was just being paranoid as fuck. Needs time out of the game really.
-
He's s***, nothing much more to understand His numbers actually arent that bad, 4 goals & 6 assists in 1330 mins in league and cups last season. Thats contributing to 10 goals in 15 games worth of minutes.
-
Bit confused by Townsend, dont watch spurs much but when he appeared for England he looked very good? His numbers for spurs seem bizarre in comparison. Hes clearly pacey & has a very strong shot on him, would seem a good combination. We've few good strikers of the ball. Yet he strikes it right footed and plays on the right, surely he could switch to left wing. Would be more suited to his shooting which seems a strength.

Ne mention or credit for the player who was voted as one of the best two centre halves in the league by his fellow pros that season or who picked up the North East player of the year award?  Do you never get bored of hanging your hat on one hopelessly flawed footballer? It's creepy as f***, man. I imagine you as someone who works in a care home and interferes with old people who don't get taken remotely seriously when they report you. The fuck are you going on about? How have you actually replied to someone mentioning coloccini with that inappropriate bollocks. Sort your head out.
-
Mourinhos the issue for them, apparently hes had a go at the players again. The guy started no strikers against Bournemouth man, fine drop Costa but play Remy. You're struggling for goals, play them both? Dude just moans about his players being "below their level" and then doesnt replace them with the signings his billionaire owner bought for him. Dudes lost the plot completely.

He was better this week, but his laziness in defence causes chances at times thats why he gets slack. Rose should have scored yesterday & missed a clear chance. Thats why he stands out.
