  1. Dnipropetrovsk >>>>> boring Seville and Florence
  2. Played against us in 1997 (on the bench in 2002)
  3. Mad how Yarmolenko and Konpolyanka are still kicking about in Ukraine. Good mind.
  4. Sevilla can fuck off, give the Yellow Submarine a chance.
  5. Inter have basically thrown this by playing a 'cup keeper' instead of Handanovic. Ridiculous when their league season will amount to nothing.
  6. Man City got cunt draws because of seeding. Same as Napoli have done. I mean seeding is bollocks IMO but it's the same for everybody in that you have to build it up.
  7. Liverpool and Chelsea both got far in Europe on the back of playing desparately pragmatic stuff. Arsenal got to the final in 2006 by winning 2 legged ties 1-0 on aggregate. Your argument only really works in favour of Man Utd imo, where Fergie really struck the balance well in his latter years. Don't kid yourself, Liverpool turned it up when they needed to under Rafa. Same with Arsenal in 2006. Our teams don't have that Premier League 6th gear to shift up into now. They both played very pragmatic stuff on their runs to the final in 05/06/07, man. I'm not doubting they were in a clearly better state then, but it wasn't on the back of playing free flowing football. Chelsea and Liverpool played 6 games against each other in that period with 3 goals in total.
  8. When have any of Italy, Portugal, France, or Russia sent three teams to the CL Knockout stage? The teams are not going deep, but they also generally don't embarrass themselves. That's actually a bad combination, in terms of coefficient you're better off falling into the Europa league and pulling the points up than making the last 16 and going out (most of Portugal's coefficient comes from that competition).

  10. Nah, Italy are miles back although UEFA cup this year will help. http://kassiesa.home.xs4all.nl/bert/uefa/data/method4/crank2014.html Lol @ Portugal when 10/11 falls off next season. Netherlands could be well out of the top 10 within a couple of years if they don't buck their ideas up.
  11. Class player. Just doesn't waste the ball at all. Having him and Veratti in midfield almost completely nullified the sending off. Motta has been one of the most underrated players in Europe for about 10 years imo.
  12. a great, great night as one set of cunts extinguishes the more familiar set of cunts
  13. If Chelsea win this nuw I quit football forever
  14. Easy to forget they're down a man but PSG shite so far in extra time
  15. Be class if Oscar got crippled by Motta or Verratti
  16. Stupid twat should cheer the fuck up
  17. FWIW he's clearly a flexible manager to prove what he has in 4 different countries, I'm just saying, he has hardly cleaned up.
  18. 3 titles in 20 years managing top class sides is not a great record, and I respect him immensely as a man and a manager. 1 in 10 seasons at Juve and Milan sticks out in particular.
  19. It's hardly a shock that Ancelotti's isn't great at managing a long league campaign. His record for league titles is underwhelming to say the least, but he thrives in cup competitions.
  20. I wonder if part of their rights means they have to stream in stupid boxes rather than allowing full screen.
  21. He's absolutely done you there Polic lad
