Just processing our other midfield options and came to the conclusion we could really do with Cabaye being fit.

For all people were slating the weakness of their squad - which to an extent is true compared to old Arsenal teams - it still absolutely pisses all over Liverpool's. I could never understand people thinking Liverpool would finish ahead of them.

good point it's easy to overlook that. Deserve a lot of credit for turning their season around. Turns out they do have a spine. Wenger in being good manager SHOCKER.

Obviously I didn't =) In that case, sign him up Seriously though he's regularly touted as one of the best young players in Europe. He'd be a great signing and would fit right into our policy. I don't think there are any others in the bottom 5 who I would take , maybe as squad players but we should be looking for better than that.

Why though? Hoilett is as good as if not better than a lot of players we'll be linked to on the continent. He's only 21 and has been one of the best wingers in the league for a struggling side (6 goals and 6 assists). Great close control and dribbler, can create and score, can play wide or through the middle. Like I said chances are he'll go to somebody like Spurs.

Hoilett will go to somebody like Spurs if not us. He's a very talented little player, just because he plays for Blackburn doesn't make him crap. I don't think there is a whole lot to pick from from the bottom 5 though.

Spot on. Silva has been off the boil for months now and Nasri has flattered to deceive all season. Balotelli has actually been one of their better performers over the course of the whole season, dickhead or not. There's players in that squad with more experience and of supposedly better character than Balotelli (21 years old) who have completely gone into their shells. Silva disappeared months ago, Nasri has underperformed all season long, Dzeko has been utter trash for months on end, Adam Johnson has been rubbish. I said it when they were fucking up in the Champions League but people like Lescott, Barry, Milner simply aren't up to it. They were all fine when the team was doing well but as soon as Touré went away and Silva stopped performing their skill-levels weren't good enough and they don't have the character that the Man United squad players do.

Loads of their players have been bang out of form for months now, and they've carried far too many passengers from the get go anyway.
