I was just going to post that. It's absolutely phenomenal that Big Sam one, so so funny. I never bother with Twitter but maybe I should join.

  10. Well I think there's something to be said for it being a bit cheaper, or a handful of games being on terrestrial telly. I haven't had a hope in hell of being able to afford it since moving down South after graduating, but maybe I'll be able to stretch to it now I've got a better job. I think you're being a bit flippant about it really - whatever happened to it being a working class sport? From a business point of view, if they could double their audiences by making it a bit more affordable then surely the increased advertising revenue would help make up the shortfall, would it not?
  11. And rightly so - they pay a fucking fortune for them, which is only sustainable if they attract enough subscribers. There's another thread on this btw Blef.
  12. Virgin have already got Sky Sports, or they've got them back should I say after they lost them for a while due to a disagreement. IIRC the ruling said they have to sell the packages to resellers like Virgin and BT for cheaper, something which Sky are going to appeal.
  13. I've got: Barca to win to nil Valencia Getafe Celtic-Rangers draw Almeria-Villarreal draw
  14. Aye, well that's mental tbh and I don't really get it. You've made your situation abundantly clear really - you're a Spanish lad who supports Barcelona. How fucking curious. Honestly, what a cunt you are man. Don't let Muzzy Izzet freak you out - I'm not being soft but you're an asset to the forum, simple as.
  15. Wouldn't worry like - kid's a knacker, that's all. You're a smashing poster. I think he's maybe just ate a few too many Salt & Lineker and went loopy.
  16. Those odds are really strange. Much higher than I've seen before. Perhaps Mayweather's not known for knockouts? EDIT: One knockout in last 5 bouts, and that spans over 5 years. Cheers mate, I kind of thought as much. I still think it's worth a punt mind but I've lost loads of money today so what do I know.
  17. OK, am I missing something here? I've never bet on boxing so I'm not sure. Mayweather is 1/5 to win the fight tonight, a big favourite. He's now 1/2 to win on points. He's 25/1 to win in Round 1, Round 2... Round 12, etc. So if I whacked a quid on each round, isn't there a really decent chance of doubling my money? Obviously the alternatives are a Mosley win and a points win for Mayweather, but surely a KO is vaguely likely tonight. That was 33/1 for each round earlier on today btw, so it was more like almost trebling your money.
  18. Not a clue mate, but what's the worst that can happen? You might end up going to prison but it'll be character building if you make the best of it.
